The tired look of everything. I usually like Hyatt Places but this one did not have enough amenities (no blanket for example). Breakfast was fine. They state they are renovating, good thing

It was okay. The sink kept on clogging and room services was every two days. There was no staff at night, just on front desk , so if you needed anything you had to go down to get it yourself. They kept giving us two towels even though we were three in the room. Front desk was helpful and professional.

We had two families staying in hotel our room (single king) looked newer very clean, their room (double bed) looked a bit outdated also couch smelled really bad like wet clothes but other than that clean nonetheless.

The room was very neglected. The befs were horrible, stopped up plumbing, no clock by the bed. The walls were beat up wallpaper was peeling. Vanity sink had no cover. They do not take American currency.It was such a disappointment. We have stayed at Hyatts for many years, this will be our last time.

This was the best stay for two adults and three kids under age 8. The staff was great the room was very comfortable and clean, there was enough space for all of us to be able to stretch out and relax. I recommend if you are going through phoenix and need a place to sleep then here is your sign. Price was great. I will go back.

My room was fine. Just disappointed with the breakfast. We spent 2 days there. Was told breakfast would be ready @6am. 6:15 wasn't even set up. 2nd day we went down at 6:30 still not breakfast. Was very disappointed 2ms day
