The house was close to a bunch of stuff, gas stations, stores, etc.. clean and organized, had a stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and cookware. 1 big room and 3 decent sized rooms that were clean and up-kept. 2 bathrooms with extra towels and some extra body wash, and shampo which was nice because I forgot soap. price was great for the two days, I’m definitely considering staying there again in October.

Everything was outstanding at this VRBO. Nice central location in Chandler with grocery shopping and plenty of eateries in close driving distance. We stayed here for our annual guys golf trip and found this location to be perfect location to access golf courses all around the Phoenix area. Nice grapefruit tree in the backyard and they were quite tasty and juicy. Highly recommend this VRBO as three bedrooms and in fairly quiet area but close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay in this darling home. Our son and his 4 year old joined last minute to see some baseball and had a great stay as well. Great communication with manager and home very well stocked . King bed very comfy ! Loved the backyard ( reason for booking ) but didnt get to enjoy it much due to our schedule. Would stay again 100 percent.

I appreciated that you had clear instructions on how to work fans, tvs, fireplaces etc. I’ve rented many vacation rentals that don’t provide clear instructions. I can say the checkout house duties can be a bit much as we’re on vacation and having to start the washing machine with towels, strip beds, take the garbage to the curb, etc is the same as being at home except you paid a cleaning fee to cover these household chores.

The house is a great place to stay. It is very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and inviting. The furnishings were neat, clean, and comfortable. I was staying in Chandler for my son's hockey tournament at the Ice Den. The property was absolutely amazing for this. It was a 4-minute drive to the Ice rink and had an incredible amount of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The house was well stocked for everything I needed, and the layout was perfect for watching football on Saturday and Sunday while cooking in the kitchen. The host was the best I've run across since I've been staying in VRBOs (10 years). Maricel was the best, check-in was easy, and I was allowed a late checkout until I needed to head to the airport. The neighbors were very nice, and the property was incredible. Overall, easily a five out of five. The next hockey tournament in AZ I will definitely re-book.

Fabulous stay
