Amazing Villa

Our stay at the villa in St. Maarten was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea right outside our windows. The villa was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing all the comforts of home and more. For our family of nine, the villa was perfect. Each bedroom offered privacy and comfort, with plush beds, high-quality linens, and beautiful furnishings. The communal spaces were ideal for us to gather, cook, and enjoy meals together, with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area overlooking the ocean. Outside, the pool was a favorite spot for everyone to relax and cool off, with plenty of lounge chairs to take in the beautiful surroundings. One of the highlights was the villa’s location. We were close to pristine beaches, charming local restaurants, and vibrant markets. Yet, the villa itself was in such a peaceful spot that it felt like our own private paradise. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay without ever being intrusive. Our time at this villa was unforgettable. It provided the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and adventure for our family, and we can’t wait to return to this gem in St. Maarten!

Spectacular Villa overlooking Great Bay

A group of ten women who have been traveling together for over 25 years enjoyed this spectacular villa in early March. This ten bedroom property is extremely well outfitted and well located. Many fine restaurants are within easy walking distance if you like to dine out. If you prefer to dine in, the kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, dishes and utensils. The pool is lovely but right now the deck is dark and a bit slippery so bring your sandals (this is on the re-do list for the end of the season!). The property manager lives on site in a private dwelling and was most congenial and helpful to us. Plenty of bath and beach towels were provided, the beds were comfortable and the dining table had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed watching the big ships sail into and out of the harbor while we sat comfortably in the main level balcony. There was always a lovely light breeze and plenty of shade if you wanted it. The driveway appears daunting but it is well worth the prize at its end!!

The Villa is beautiful just like the pictures! The views are breathtaking! Miguel took care of us and everything we needed! I would say you do need reliable transportation to get around! I will be staying there again when I return!

Amazing view

We really enjoyed the property. The porch and the view is everything. Everything worked fine. Cassie was nice . Make sure you to go at the bottom of the hill and turn around to enter the the drive way to the house ,need to be extra careful when coming out . Overall we had a wonderful stay .

Little slice of paradise

This may be the most amazing property I've ever stayed at! The villa is beautiful and spacious, and feels very luxurious (easily the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a rental property). We had a group of friends stay here in early April to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and everyone fell in love. We had plenty of space for the 9 of us and the views - WOW. Incredible. The bay was so beautiful and blue and was a joy to wake up to every morning. The staff was fantastic as well. Raquel was able to assist in stocking the villa with groceries and wine with ease and our driver was able to take us to other locations on the island with a simple text request. Don't hesitate - book this property immediately. Can't wait to return :)

A magical house!

Our entire group of 8 was so impressed with this property. We'll be back for sure. Cassie was so helpful leading up to the stay and Racquel was helpful during our stay! Calling taxi's to head to the beach or dinner was so simple. The house itself is stunning and so spacious. We had a private chef come the last night and he made us the most delicious dinner. This house and SXM are a gem!

5 Stars All Across The Board!

From the time we booked the Villa until check out time It was 5 Star treatment and a 5 Star property! Gigi stocked us with all the requested provisions, arranged airport pick up, made dinner and beach reservations and was always a text away to answer any questions we had. Also, Miquel, who lives on property, was so very helpful in making our stay problem free. There were 4 couples in our group that stayed a week. Each room had a great view and plenty of room. Outstanding deck area for gathering and dining. Perfect sized pool and the view is the best on the island!! The bay kept us entertained looking out at all the cruise ships and luxury yachts. A wonderful stay

I was celebrating my birthday with my mom and friends. The pictures online do not do the property justice! All of the rooms were beautiful. The kitchen is well-stocked and has pretty much everything you will need, including spices. The owner was communicative prior to our reservation and right before we arrived, we received the information for the property manager and groundskeeper. That was also very helpful they were both extremely nice, respectful, and helpful. Everything was in good working order. This was the best birthday I have celebrated to date and the Villa En Sea was a big part of why. You will not regret staying here and you won't want to leave. It is well worth the price for all of us to be able to stretch out and have our own rooms and bathrooms for the week. If you stay and you have a rental car..... We found it helpful to have a car rental for the week to come and go as we pleased. If you do this, the property is up a steep hill and I would recommend driving past the entrance and turning around in the parking lot before the bridge into town (just a minute down the street). It is a very sharp turn, and while people are really nice and respectful when it comes to driving, it can be a bit nerve-racking to try to swing wide enough to go into the driveway.

Amazing!

Visiting St Maarten for my birthday with a group of friends was such an amazing time. The villa actually was even better than the way it appears via pictures. Every detail was thought of, making our stay one of a kind. The view was amazing and everything was comfortable. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Everyone in my group spoke so highly of the space - we spent a full day at the villa to relax and enjoy the pool, etc before leaving and returning home. The communication and accommodations with Cassie and Gigi were great; both were very helpful. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

60th Birthday Group Celebration

This mansion/villa is in a great location. You are just a short drive to Philipsburg/Divi Bay and a short drive to Simpson Bay. Everyone loved watching the planes land and take off. The pictures of this villa in the listing do not do it justice. You have great view from almost every room. The highlight for everyone was waking up every morning looking out at the beautiful, blue water of Great Bay and seeing some cruise ships come and go. Everyone was extremely comfortable with lots of space for my 6 friends (40-60 years old) to spread out. We would always be seen hanging out in living area/dining area on the top floor as it was open to the outdoors and provided a pleasant breeze. When it was time to break up and get some rest, each bedroom had an A/C unit. Every unit worked like charm so that each room was able to put the temperature to their personal liking in the bedrooms. I met Giselle at check-in and she took me through all the amenities and do's and don'ts for the house. She was in touch regularly making sure that we were completely satisfied and had everything we needed. She was also able to get us reservations last minute to the Zip Line. Miguel, who lives on the property, was very helpful with any concerns we had during our stay. If it rained he was always over to ensure any water on the deck was swept away. Best VRBO stay I have had so far. Allen and Friends.

Wonderful Views in a Great Location

This villa is in a great location being closely located to Philipsburg and a short drive to Simpson Bay. Like someone else said in their review, the pictures of this villa in the listing do not do it justice. You have a gorgeous view from almost every room (maybe not the bathrooms). Imagine waking up every morning looking out at the beautiful, blue water of Great Bay (you won't want to leave). In addition to being able to enjoy beautiful views all day/night, the villa was extremely comfortable with lots of space for my family of 8 (ages 18-50ish) to spread out. We enjoyed hanging out in living area/kitchen/dining area on the top floor as it was open to the outdoors and provided a pleasant breeze. Then when it was time to recharge from the busy day, each bedroom had an A/C unit (if you preferred it to be cooler while sleeping) and extremely comfortable beds/pillows. This villa has an amazing team who make sure that your stay is perfect. Upon booking Cassie was prompt to answer any questions and helpful in providing suggestions on things to do during our trip. We met Giselle at check-in and she was in touch regularly making sure that we were completely satisfied and had everything we needed. Miguel, who lives on the property, also checked in with us regularly to make sure that we didn't need anything. We did have an A/C issue the first night and Miguel had it fixed promptly. We greatly appreciate each of these individuals for making our stay so enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa En Sea and hope to return soon!

Best Place to stay in SXM!!!

Booked as a group of 10 women and this was our best vacation yet. Villa En Sea was BEAUTIFUL!! Photos do not do this place any justice. The bedrooms were well appointed. AC worked great. Giselle the concierge, was a dream to work with during our stay. Super responsive, communicative and overall pleasant. From the very beginning Cassie was super helpful with booking everything and answering my millions of questions. Location is also SUPERB. literally 10 minutes to almost everywhere you want to be and the VIEW IS AMAZING. I miss it already.

St Marteen Villa experience.

Giselle was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. The villa keeper Miguel was also very helpful with the stuff of the house. Complete Serenity

The villa was absolutely wonderful! Each room was well appointed and had fantastic views of the Great Bay. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of shops nearby. Great location to get to other parts of the island and not far from the airport. The groundskeeper, Miguel, was so helpful and check in with Giselle was seamless. Kitchen had everything you needed. Large veranda and nice pool. Hope to visit against!

Our stay at Villa En'sea was fantastic. Cassie was extremely responsive and helpful in setting up transportation to and from the airport and a private chef and massages at the villa. Thank you, Cassie! She promptly answered all of our questions leading up to the trip and is a consummate professional. Gigi checked us in and was fantastic in assisting us with anything we needed during our stay. Miguel was on property in case we needed anything. The team made our stay very easy and relaxing. The massage therapists recommended and booked by Cassie were fantastic. Cassie also recommended Chef Philip and his team who served us a delicious 3 course meal. The property has a stunning view, is beautifully decorated and is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is large, well laid out and fully equipped if you want to cook during your stay. The villa is located on a busy road so there is noise from traffic during the day (which didn't bother us), but it's quiet at night for sleeping once the house is closed up. The pool is beautiful as well. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return!
