I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in because it’s an apartment based hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. I only had one interaction with the staff and they were very friendly. I definitely liked that they gave the option for a contactless check in and check out. Having the room key on my phone was definitely convenient! The only challenge was the parking situation, but since it’s Philly, I understood. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Upon arriving the room smelled like cigars. The bedding had hair all over. The bathroom shower walls had hair on it. The island cabinet had food stains of food dripping down. The cleanliness needs to be improved and for a non smoking room why did it smell like cigars.

The community areas, specifically the club lounge center with table tennis bathroom was filthy and without the essentials needed to use it. Otherwise this place was comfortable, well located and the staff was pleasant

We were very happy with our stay. We love having a small kitchen when traveling with our daughter. We were close to public transit and a grocery. We felt safe with the locked front lobby. We also needed to use the luggage storage on the day we left. It was very convenient!!
