The room was fine. The desk clerk was overworked. Not her fault. My complaint is that I booked with Travelocity and somehow the date I chose got changed to the following night. I contacted Travelocity immediately and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I went to the hotel and I was told they couldn’t do anything. I paid for 2 nights when I only asked for 1. I’d really appreciate some kind of refund.

1. Receptionist didn't guide properly for airport shuttle from jfk to hotel. 2. Hotel is noisy with no sound proofing whatsoever. 3. In name of breakfast the have toast and butter and waffle batter. They dont restock stuff for breakfast. 4. Airport shuttle is limited seats and only runs once a hour, so if they are full or you miss it, you gotta wait.
