Rooms were very outdated. Shower did not drain. Faucet leaking. Cabinet over mini fridge ripped off and just left open. Carpets very unclean. Noisy. I would not recommend a stay here, esp for this kind of money.

Rooms are a bit outdated in decor but I don't generally care about that sort of thing. The pool is nice as was the water park, but both were full of screaming kids behaving poorly without parental supervision (and no intervention by property staff). Overall, I found this to be overpriced for a generic sun belt city like Phoenix, but the property is clean and well managed and there's ample free parking which IS unique for most hotels/resorts.

The pool area was wonderful and the staff were all very helpful and personable. Overall we had a pleasant stay and for the price it was about as expected, perhaps a bit lackluster. My mom had a massage and facial at the spa that she said was great! The dining options were limited and the food was just ok. I was supposedly upgraded to a “newly remodeled Agave suite” however there wasn’t really anything that seemed new about it. The carpet was very worn and dirty looking with frays at transitions.

Nice place but really showing its age, bed was comfortable but shower porcine was worn out to the point of rusting, carpet was wrinkled, furniture was worn out, the numbers didn’t work on the safe, stairways are dirty, microwave looked like someone took a hammer to it. There was mold above the door in the bathroom and loud noises coming from vent (interrupted sleep). The balcony looked out to a wall. The pool, lazy river and restaurant were great!

This hotel is severely outdated and in need of at least a facelift, if not a whole renovation. The rooms are dated and feel dirty. Chairs in the room and around the property were broken, our tv was broken, the couch was stained, the grout in the bathroom tiles need to be scrubbed. The pool was nice but also had the same tired feel. We will not stay here again when we come back.
