It looked recently remodeled. It was well decorated and very nice. Very convenient to the pools and hot tub and the ocean was as close as one can get. We did experience some elevator problems. The first few days both elevators worked and there was no wait time. Then one or the other elevator would fail and the wait times increased, especially during checkout. I really think our favorite part is the porch looking at the beach and ocean. It just seemed like the ocean was right there. Very close. Perdido key is low key. Older couples or young couples with children. Less crowded than other parts of Florida. Alabama is only 8 miles away so Orange Beach, Gulf Shores is a short drive away. The little food truck near the condo has the best food. I think it was called the Deep Blue Food Truck. Great prices and great people and walking distance. There are a lot of preservation areas and trails and parks. Commercial development here is very well controlled. Just overall pleasant. Will definitely return.
