Perfect for Travel Nurse, Military, or Extended Stays

This cottage is the perfect place for a single person, couple or family. Plenty of parking for your trailered boat jet skis or car. Completely fenced in yard.
This cottage is also available for longer rentals for someone who may be in transition, visiting family for a holiday or passing through. Message for special rates. Located 1 mile from future Baptist Hospital. All neighbors are owners that all look out for each other without meddling.

Other things to note:
Full size Washer and Dryer are located In the outside storage room. Bring all personal shower, bathroom and laundry and dish detergent items. One roll of toilet paper and paper towels are provided . And some dish detergent is provided! Grass is cut by neighbor every 10-14 days and house is in pest control schedule is once every three months.
