The Aero Vista Gem (Entire Home)

Located in Aero Vista Park, this home is 10 minutes from the Naval Air Station and 10 minutes from Downtown Pensacola. This listing is for the entire house. Both the home and individual rooms are keypad protected with convenient anytime, self-check-in. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, free-use laundry machines, bed, bath and free Wi-Fi at a price that beats all other large chain extended stay hotels in the area.
No unregistered guests at any time. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. if you violate this, you will be asked to leave immediately and held liable for any damages. Local authorities will be called if you refuse to leave. No refunds will be granted for unused nights.

Pets approved on a case-by-case basis. An additional deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $300 fee for an unapproved animal.

Smoking is allowed outside at least 15 feet from any door into the house and definitely not inside the room or house. There will be a $300 fine if there’s evidence of indoor smoke- (smell or physical evidence).

Please do not set the A/C to cool below 72 degrees during the summer. The A/C closet of this older home is prone to condensation which can cause the A/C system to malfunction.

Staff could be on property to maintain the yard and spaces. They will never enter your private space without permission or your request.

Quiet time is 10pm. No loud music after 10pm. Please be courteous and respectful of the other guests staying in the house.

Towels can be left in your room. All garbage must be taken to the outside bins on the side of the garage. If your stay includes a Wednesday, please push the garbage bins out to the curb Tuesday evening for pickup Wednesday morning.

Check-out is at 11am or before. There will be a $50 fine for each hour past 11am and $25 if guests check out past 11:15am. This fine does not constitute an agreement for late check-out. This is a large space and takes the entirety of the time to clean and sanitize and our cleaners are often on a tight schedule.

FedEx and UPS deliveries to the house are okay. USPS is blocked and will not deliver mail to the house.

Relaxing stay while relocating to the area

We stayed here while waiting to close on a house purchased in the area. While making our reservation, I noticed that a previous reviewer commented that the house wasn't "in the best neighborhood," which concerned me at first. However, when we arrived, I can't say I share that opinion. This is a blue-collar neighborhood. Our neighbors were friendly and we never felt unsafe while walking our dogs ~1-1.5 miles a couple times a day. The rental was fairly priced, and from the start, the host was kind, courteous, and responsive. Our reservation was for 4 weeks, but the host worked with us to extend that by a few weeks to accommodate repair timelines for our purchase. This property was clean and comfortable with amenities that made living out of our suitcases easier. For provisions and entertainment, there are plenty of big box stores (e.g., Walmart) nearby and downtown Pensacola is less than 10 minutes away. Overall, very happy with our stay and hope that you will be too.

Neat, but Well Worn

The house was clean and our dogs LOVED the doggie door and backyard. The front porch seemed rickety but functional and the key pad was difficult to read on the front door. Everything was as described. We lived in the Pensacola area for over 40 years and were well aware the neighborhood was not the best. It was fine for our purposes though.

Very easy to rent. William was quick to respond. Property needs some work, mainly there are gaps between door and jam allow some bugs to get in. Water pressure could be better, but overall a comfortable stay.
