Summer vacation

We had a party of four and this place was absolutely perfect. Great location to get to the beach and downtown. The place has all the amenities you will need. Even the garage is equipped with a/c, tv, fridge sofa. It’s like a whole separate living space. Covered area for car. Beautiful fenced backyard that was great to relax. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Easily 5 stars.

Excellent Air Band B in Historic District

This home is an old charmer from the 40s. Extremely well maintained in the St. john’s district. Great yard for the dogs. Close to all downtown attractions yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. Around the corner is the St. john’s cemetery with the first interment in the 1860s. Definite recommend

The property was beautiful. Nice open floor plan. Lots of items included that you might need (beach towels, lotion, aloe vera), fully equipped kitchen, dog bed and toys, great converted garage to rec room. We plan to visit again!

The Simmons House far exceeded our expectations. The owners / managers have thought of EVERYTHING! Every little detail was covered from dog treats and dog toys to bath linens and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler) to coffee and laundry soap. Everything exceeded expectations, the decor, the beds, the pillows, the appliances, the fully enclosed fenced in yard and the list goes on and on. Not only would I / we recommend the Simmons House, but we will most definitely stay there again.

The way this house is decorated and stocked is impeccable! I’ve stayed in many vacation homes and this one will stand out to me for sure! So cozy! Very close to downtown area. 3 minutes to a local grocery store. Great eats and beach within an easy 20 minute drive. We had a wonderful stay!

Everything was as described and picture. Our family LOVED staying here. It was perfect for their needs and especially cozy, comfy and clean. Close to Pensacola Yacht Club where the wedding was and really close to downtown and 20 minutes to beaches. Again perfect for our stay.

Perfect house for family or friend fun

The house is just like you see in the pictures and is perfect for a family get away. It has everything you need for your stay so don’t worry about beach towels or chairs or an umbrella they have you covered. There is even a cooler for you to use. Everything was very nice and in the perfect location.

Beautiful, well cared for home - Fantastic completely fenced large back yard, our sweet Daisy (our dog) and grandchildren all love it. Had a great time running around blowing bubbles and trying to catch them, including Daisy. We stayed there for 2 weeks, and house was very comfortable. Close to everything we needed.

Pensacola Weekend Getaway

This is our family’s second April to spend in Pensacola. Last year we stayed at the most expensive hotel in Pensacola Beach and it did not live up to my standards. So this year I decided to go a different route. Firstly, the property is GORGEOUS just like the photos. You can see the amount of detail the owners have poured into this house around every single corner. From the BEAUTIFUL decor and bedding to the ENVIABLE outdoor living spaces, it is AMAZING! With that being said there were a few missed touches. Both fridges had some old spills, a forgivable offense, but the bathroom trash can had no bag and old trash crusted to the bottom, definitely a bigger and nastier offense. However, that was the ONLY turn off of the stay and that’s saying a lot considering the second day police, fire and EMS were called on the neighbors directly across the street. Two men were in a physical altercation in broad daylight that ended with one man taken away in an ambulance and another in jail for assault. As a mother I was concerned, according to my 10 year-old and husband, it was entertaining 10/10. Overall the owner couldn’t have made the process any easier and bottom line is, it was a very nice stay, in a very nice house that we’d recommend to anyone!
