Recepção/atendimento ótimo, quarto tamanho bom pra 4 pessoas, piscinas água bem limpinha, localidade excelente. Só precisam da uma melhorada na limpeza deixar os ambientes e roupas de cama mais cheirosas. Gostamos muito do lugar e com certeza iremos voltar mais vezes.

O quarto ao chegar parecia mal cuidado banheiro fedendo com resto de sabonete do hospede anterior, as mantas estavam dobradas porém com cheiro de usado, o hotel é bem localizado, más precisa passar por uma renovação.

O hotel fica em uma ótima localização, muito proxima ao parque Beto Carrero, porém a estrutura é ruim, os banheiros com torneiras quebradas, o chuveiro é ruim, sujo, a cama é péssima, colchões com buracos, toalhas de banho rasgadas, cobertores com cheiro de guardado, no café da manhã a sanduicheira não foi limpa durante os quarto dias de estadia, a garrafa de café suja. Paredes mofadas. É tudo bem mal cuidado.Os funcionários são pessoas simples, educadas, mas sem treinamentos para trabalhar em um hotel.

A experiência não foi das melhores. O hotel é básico, com café da manhã sem opções. Infelizmente, o hotel tem potencial para ser o melhor da cidade, com uma visita incrível. No entanto peca por pequenos detalhes, como por exemplo o vidro da janela do banheiro, estava escrito “me lave”. Deixei uma diária paga e fui para Blumenau. O atendimento foi impecável, fica aí sem limites, mas a estrutura pecou.

Péssima experiência, chegamos as 11:30, a pessoa responsável pelo chek in não havia chegado ainda, ficamos andando pela cidade até às 14 horas, quando voltamos as funcionárias (muito educadas por sinal), informaram que a pessoa chegaria às 15 horas, falamos que isso era inadmissível e conseguiram falar com um rapaz,.mas só conseguimos fazer o chek in as 14:30, não recomendo o hotel a ninguém, serviram o mesmo bolo por 4 dias (não o mesmo sabor, o mesmo bolo mesmo), limpeza só o essencial mesmo, vidros não fazem parte, no dia da saída não havia ninguém na recepção, saímos e deixamos as chaves na porta e simplesmente fomos embora. Resumindo, péssimo hotel.

Uma furada. O fato de estar próximo ao parque Beto Carreiro não justifica a estadia. Quarto mofado, banheiro abafado e sem ventilação, pia com crosta de sujeira no ralo, tampa do vaso sanitário de plástico e rasgada, machucando ao sentar, água do banho vaza pro quarto e beliche não tem escada pra subir. O Café da manhã precário no sentido de qualidade da comida. Presunto estava queimado nas beiradas pela ma conservação na geladeira, bolos ressecados, manteiga com gosto de sabão e no dia seguinte derrancada, talheres mal higienizados, guarda pó da copeira imundo. Não indico a estadia de forma alguma.
