The third bedroom has two singles, perfect for kids or friends. The converted garage offers extra space with a queen bed and a single, allowing the property to accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably. A main bathroom with a separate toilet completes the setup.
The bright and welcoming living areas open out onto a sunny deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. There’s a dining space and a well-equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher—so no one needs to argue about the dishes on holiday!
Outside, you’ll find a lawn and outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet after a day at the beach.
There’s plenty of off-street parking, including room for a boat, and you’ll be just a short distance from the shops and local eateries. Relax on Coronation is the perfect spot for your summer getaway.

Pauanui is a small coastal town on the east coast of the Coromandel, about two hours’ drive from both Auckland and Hamilton. With around 1,000 locals, it’s a peaceful spot for most of the year—but in summer, the population swells to over 15,000 as holidaymakers flock to enjoy everything this seaside gem has to offer.
Whether you’re into fishing, hiking, surfing, or simply relaxing on the golden sands, Pauanui is the perfect base. Despite its small size, the town has everything you need for a holiday—cafes, restaurants, bars, and even a supermarket.
For active relaxers, there’s plenty to explore. Hike up Mt Pauanui for incredible views, or wander the coastal track at the base of the mountain. The boardwalk and bike track that link Pauanui to Tairua are another favourite—ideal for cycling or walking while taking in the scenery and wildlife, before treating yourself to an ice cream in Tairua.
Families are well catered for too. Kids can burn energy at the local skatepark and playground, or head out for an adventure to the Puketui watering hole, just a 15-minute drive away—a fantastic spot for swimming on a hot summer’s day.
Golf lovers will also be spoiled for choice, with three golf courses nearby: two 9-hole courses in town and an 18-hole course just out of Pauanui.
