"The buffet breakfast is the best. Staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my interactions with all staff. The room was clean. The drawback for me was the bathroom. It appeared like it was being worked on or needed some work. The water pressure during showers was low and weak making a not so pleasant shower experience. That's why I gave a 4 star. The location is ideal. Close to many amenities. The rooftop restaurant meals are tasty. Really enjoyed that experience. Overall, it was a decent stay."

"Location is perfect. Friendly and professional staff. Room are well kept.My only recommendation is for the use of light color bed linens instead of floral, dark color ones. Despite, my stay was pleasant. I requested a change of room upon checking in as the room was close to the main road. The change was facilitated within minutes of asking. I was satisfied with the positive response as they understood the reason I requested a change. I would stay at Hotel Four Seasons on my next visit and would highly recommend to everyone who decides to stay in Kingston, Jamaica"

"The hotel was lovely and most of the staff were nice. A few times when we went to the front desk our questions seemed bothersome to the person who helped us. It didn't feel welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely. Our dinner in the hotel was very expensive for not a lot of food. The atmosphere felt luxurious. The pool could use some upgrades. We enjoyed it."
