We stayed 2 nights in the "boathouse" suite. Was very cute! We loved the easy check in & out. We loved the location. The back was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The couch "pullout" was not. The washer/ dryer was nice to have, though, at no additional cost. Our cons though- it was dirty when we arrived: the floors were dirty & covered in sand/ dirt. There was old food leftovers in the fridge & very few towels provided- you have to wash them yourself if you need more!! The "amenities" were terrible!!! False advertising to say the least!! My brother was excited to fish, as it stated all fishing equipment was available - the poles were broken & had nothing for them. They mainly had only little kids beach toys available. We chose this place (& paid the higher $) because of said amenities, so that was very disappointing. Everything else was manageable for 2 nights & we loved Cocoa Beach!

The check in and check out process was smooth and the property was right next to the water. However we wouldn’t recommend this property as the bath/shower amenities were not functional and the bed was also very stiff. The shower is so small you can’t bend over to teach your feet and water leaks out and pools under the toilet.

This is a great place to stay if you want to hear your neighbors full conversation especially the cursing. There is no onsite management which can be a problem if you need something. It could be really cute out back if maintenance change

Loved it here! We spend a couple of day at the beach and a couple of days on the river. The location was quiet, and peaceful. The beach isn’t full near by just the way we like it bc it’s easier to keep an eye on your kiddos. We truly enjoyed our days on the river kayaking, swimming, etc. we will definitely be coming back.

Very unique which we liked a lot. Nice being close to the beach and river. Not a biggy, but a blender would be nice, but they have a lot of appliances otherwise. The biggy is I couldn’t control the air in our unit. It was either too hot or too cold. And the WiFi has trouble reaching the unit I was in, had no internet besides the WiFi, so that sucked.

Stayed at Banana River Resorts for 2 nights. Pros: cute apartment with comfortable beds I didn’t get or see the email that gave me the information about checking in and my door code. I was in a bit of a panic because I was getting on the plane when I realized that I needed a key code to get in and I didn’t have it. I called and left a message as well as contacted Expedia. The manager of the resort was quick to respond. Cons: When I got to my apartment I was greeted by a 3 inch cockroach belly up on the floor in the living room. Even though we are suppose to have assigned parking spots. I got back to the resort on the second night and had a very difficult time finding parking. I would say the parking lot is on the small side so if other people have guests there you may not have your parking space. I think they need to be better marked

Overall, it was an excellent choice for folks with older kids. We had 1 and 2 year old kids and the room and property are really great for honey mooners. The view is insta worthy and the parking was so ample. Watching the sunset here was priceless. It was a great stay, would do again but definitely not with small children

Was definitely a cute little villa. The internet was spotty. Tried to see about getting a later check out and no one ever got back to us. But hands down we enjoyed our stay and definitely will go back.
