J'attend toujour la facture .... je l'ai reclame a hotel.com et a expedia a plusieurs reprises et j'attend toujours ... c'est non professionnel ! Mettre l'accent sur la qualité des prestations c'est bien mais insuffisant si vous voulez que l'on vous prenne au serieux : la compta et l'administratif en France ont une place qu'il faut prendre en compte : j'attend cette facture pour pouvoir me faire rembourser par mon employeur !
