Grand, Classic Parisian Hotel! Loved it!

Pros: Awesome central Paris location. Large rooms, beautiful chandelier. I assume all sport such. Lucked out with amazing view of EiffelTower.
Cons: Really had no complaints. It's an enormous old hotel, but well maintained. Staff was very helpful and accomodating.
Location: Louvre, shopping, AMUSEMENT PARK for the little ones of all ages! Eiffel Tower, metro station,
Absolutely awesome location! Walk to the Louvre! Short bus ride to the Eiffel Tower. And if you want to get your shop on, take a left out of the hotel and it's all right there! We stayed there for my wife's milestone birthday, and had a marvelous stay! And the biggest bonus was that there was a full on mini amusement park directly across the street in the beautiful Jardin des Tulleries that our daughter absolutely adored! In between two metro stations, around the corner from Place de la Concorde and several tour bus stops, my devotion to Westin hotels was well rewarded! And the swing table in the hotel courtyard is another gem in the classic place. Kudos Westin!

We LOVED this HOTEL! Great location to be in the middle of the best Tour areas. Your Web photos do not do the Hotel Justice. Only one real suggestion. They upgrade their mattresses. They were pretty HARD. Maybe we had a room waiting for upgrade? If they did that, they are 100% a GREAT stay!

Very helpful staff, perfect location, rooms a little small.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet, expensive breakfast
This was a great 'headquarters' location because we were out of the hotel most of the time. We could, for example, walk back to the hotel from the Louvre, change clothes and rest before walking to the Champs Elysee Christmas market. I do wish I had known there was a business center tucked away at the back of the lobby...wouldn't have bothered with the 7 euros daily wifi fee. The concierge was very helpful; he made a few calls for us about a temporary exhibit (The Tara in Paris), and was very knowledgeable...easy directions, find a casual restaurant on New Year's Eve, etc... Another guest was complaining about how small the rooms were, but we had assumed as much for this location and beautiful old building. The breakfast brunch was ridiculously expensive (78 euros for 2) and totally not worth it.

Great location, great breakfast, unfriendly staff

Cons: No free Internet
Great location--within walking distance to many Paris sites. The breakfast buffet was outstanding though sometimes very busy. The wait staff and desk staff seemed more interested in each other than the guests. They were often dismissive and sometimes a little rude. The concierge was helpful but treated guests as naive and ignorant. Had to pay for wifi and even then, was erratic. Arranged for bags to be picked up upon departure and the bellman never showed up. Had to call down for service. Rooms were small, but clean and nice. Probably would not return, but would look for a hotel with a similar location.
