AccÚs métro idéal !

Dans l’ensemble, pour notre usage (juste le coucher), c’était bien, merci. Les infos d’accĂšs trĂšs prĂ©cises (avec vidĂ©o) ont Ă©tĂ© grandement apprĂ©ciĂ©es. La rĂ©activitĂ© de la conciergerie est trĂšs bonne. Cependant, les messages automatiques nous ont Ă©tĂ© envoyĂ©s en anglais (dont celui d’accĂšs). Un point qui nous a vraiment fait douter de l’annonce (on a failli annuler croyant Ă  une arnaque) : aprĂšs payement sur Abritel, on a reçu un mail de la conciergerie nous demandant de vĂ©rifier le payement via 3DS en cliquant sur un lien. Ça ne nous Ă©tait jamais arrivĂ©, on Ă©tait dubitatifs. On a regardĂ© FAQ d’Abritel + site conciergerie Tea&Chill pour voir si c’était sĂ©rieux. On Ă©tait moins inquiets mais un doute persistait avant l’arrivĂ©e. Heureusement que nous avions de bons Ă©changes avec Vanessa (conciergerie). Ce serait rassurant de prĂ©ciser dans l’annonce la spĂ©cificitĂ© de la procĂ©dure de paiement. L’emplacement est idĂ©al pour accĂ©der rapidement au M5 (- 5min), c’est pour ça que nous avions choisi ce logement et c’était parfait ! Il faut savoir que, forcĂ©ment, avec ce choix, on entend trafic + klaxons parisiens. La propretĂ© des sanitaires est visuellement prĂ©sente et celle gĂ©nĂ©rale est correcte malgrĂ© quelques Ă©lĂ©ments qui pourraient pourtant ĂȘtre rapidement corrigĂ©s : fauteuil IKEA du salon trĂšs tachĂ©, tĂąches de graisse dans la cuisine, sol moyen, Ă©nooorme toile d’araignĂ©e dans un coin de la chambre, jamais vu une aussi grosse dans un logement habitĂ©, gros fou rire mais pas sĂ©rieux
