We booked this apartment for the advertised two full bathrooms, but that fell apart almost immediately. The location was the only redeeming factor. There was no toilet paper when we arrived, and the host told us to buy our own essentials for a 15 reimbursement—which we still haven’t received.Cleanliness was disappointing. Surfaces were dusty, kitchen floors sticky, and we found a long hair on a towel and a dried contact lens on a bed. We had to major cleaning before settling in. One shower had no temperature control and was scalding, the other leaked water across the floor. The host kept asking for photos and videos throughout our stay, making it feel more like an inspection than a vacation. Loud construction in the building added to the frustration. The hosts kept on giving typical customer service treatment...all talk and no action.Overall, this stay was disappointing—unclean, noisy, and missing the promised amenities. We wouldn’t book this property again.
