The staff at Le clef make it an extraordinary stay. The area is busy and noisy and they don’t have AC in the winter (they do have heat but we like it chilly) but that did not take away from an amazing experience. The unit is newly renovated and pristine in every way, the hotel is located in a prime zone, has a beautiful comfortable lobby and the staff is simply stellar. Especially Yelitza and the gentleman at the front desk in the evenings. Amazing experience. Particularly recommended highly for families with children.

We had a wonderful stay and truly loved this hotel. The location was perfect — an ideal home base for exploring Paris, with so many great neighborhoods, cafés, and sights within easy reach. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home after long days of sightseeing. What really stood out was the staff — welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful, whether offering recommendations or assisting with logistics. Their hospitality made the experience feel effortless and special. Most receptionist were friendly however the gentleman was standoffish, unhelpful and very rude. The sofa bed was not made up and products only for 2 people not 4, not enough blankets and given that it is supposed be a 5 star, every request made we were made to feel like it was too troublesome. Would not stay again.
