Beautiful hotel and room. Nice bathroom. Newly renovated. Room was on a quiet floor. Never heard hotel staff in the morning hours. Very clean. Polite staff. Great location.

We arrived at the hotel quite early (9:30ish am) and both the valet (Lou) and the person at the front desk (Celine) was terrific. Greeting us and going out of their way to both take our rental car to allow us to check in, and to find us a room (to freshen up) as our reserved room wasn’t available yet. Also had a drink in the restaurant before heading out and the staff were all extremely gracious and accommodating. The problem was that after we met friends for dinner and were out till late. Upon arrival back in the room to sleep we discovered that the sheet under the comforter had some older stains on it. It was too late and we were exhausted to call the front desk so I put a large bath towel over it and we went to bed. Didn’t mention it to the front desk as we had to leave early to keep up with our planned itinerary. Wanted to mention this in my comments as I’m sure the management in this fine hotel would be appalled with this and appreciate the feedback. It’s unfortunate as everything else with our short stay was exceptional.

Definitely could improve

The first room we got the a/c didn’t work and we had a horrible night. Additionally, there were balls of hair in on the carpet. We got a room change and though the a/c worked better, it wasn’t optimal and cleanliness was still an issue, as you can see with the old and dirty toothbrush in out bathroom. Also, the room didn’t actually lock. If you pushed the door with a bit of pressure you could open it without a key….

Staff was mostly great. Front desk and concierge were great. When I asked for a couple of towels from housekeeping in the hall, It seemed to be such an inconvenience that they actually made a face and sighed. Then I asked for another one because I needed 2 and that was even worse. Outside of these 2 people, the rest of housekeeping was great.

It is a hotel yhat delivers more to you than the orice you are paying. Rooms are pretty good and function well, service is unique as all the employees smile and try to help, which is not obvious. Awsome breakfast. Special mention to Sara at reception and also Quentin, Elisa at the restaurant reception, Gayan at the restaurant. Thank you for enhancing our stay.
