I don’t even know where to start about this hotel. I am also surprised with the 10/10 reviews. In our room, you could hear all the noises from the road, such as cars honking. You can’t even change your clothes in the room, because the non-see through curtains do not fully close, and people can see you from the building across. For a simple request, you have to call many times. The person who checked us in didn’t even tell us where the elevator was. Their restaurant is only open til 2:30 PM. We went to the bar to eat dinner and sat down for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us and we decided to leave. The lobby area was crowded when we were there. We didn’t even get a chance to sit in the lobby. Also, give yourself time for check out process. The luggage help didn’t show up after many calls. The receptionist, Isabelle, had to help us with the luggage. Overall this hotel is far away from 5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Really lovely hotel , very clean. Staff were very helpful and polite, couldnt fault anything. Good breakfast selection however all i would say, is if youre a brit and love a good cuppa, bring your own tea bags! We had a great stay.

Stayed with my husband and teenage son. This hotel is pure luxury. Excellent service and facilities from the moment you arrive. Friendly helpful staff. Really comfortable rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Perfect location, within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of the main shopping area, but lovely, safe and quiet. Beautiful park only a few mins walk away.

Very nice hotel in Paris. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s was pretty central to many things through Paris with a quick taxi ride. If you are a walker then enjoy the scenic view to several destinations. Don’t bother to bring your Dyson hairdryer, lol it keep sparking the plug so I opted for the hotels hairdryer, which was fine. We were disappointed that some of the outlets, especially the one in bathroom did not work and the shower handle kept falling when showering. Also, make sure to put a couple towels on the floor because the 1/4 glass wall doesn’t do much from having water spray everywhere. We stayed 6 days and aside from the minor issues was a very nice stay! The staff was a absolutely amazing as well!

I was a bit confused on why the hotel had a rating of 5 stars. There are parts that are nice and look the part but the rest of it just seems beat up. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never seen so much trash and food left out in the hallways. Another example I'm not sure if people understand that the hallways are not your front porch for you kids to play or leave your strollers. I'm not kidding when I say this but someone had moved some of their furniture out of the room into the hallway. That's not 5 star! If you don't have enough room in your room get an additional room, no one wants to hear your kids playing outside your door. Breakfast was nice every morning, again staff was nice.

I did not receive the upgrades as advised by Expedia I would. Also, the main restaurant does NOT do dinner, just breakfast and lunch. You can order room service off the menu, but in the cocktail lounge you must order from the simple menu. The spa is still under renovations. The King Suite is a king bed with a love seat. Every night we would take a glass of wine to the room, and they were only collected when I requested them to be at the end of our stay. We lined them up on the floor. Not somewhere I would go back to. BUT location is excellent. Walkable to Eiffel Tower, and Arc d’Triomphe, and good (not touristy) shopping close by.

We arrived at the hotel quite early (9:30ish am) and both the valet (Lou) and the person at the front desk (Celine) was terrific. Greeting us and going out of their way to both take our rental car to allow us to check in, and to find us a room (to freshen up) as our reserved room wasn’t available yet. Also had a drink in the restaurant before heading out and the staff were all extremely gracious and accommodating. The problem was that after we met friends for dinner and were out till late. Upon arrival back in the room to sleep we discovered that the sheet under the comforter had some older stains on it. It was too late and we were exhausted to call the front desk so I put a large bath towel over it and we went to bed. Didn’t mention it to the front desk as we had to leave early to keep up with our planned itinerary. Wanted to mention this in my comments as I’m sure the management in this fine hotel would be appalled with this and appreciate the feedback. It’s unfortunate as everything else with our short stay was exceptional.
