Comfortable, Upscale Hotel Close to Metro Station

Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, staff, and location
Cons: Hotter water in the shower
Location: Close to Courcelles Metro station on M2/blue line. About a 20 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, 5 minutes to Parc Monceau.
My family and I stayed at this hotel recently as part of a vacation package booked through Travelocity. We were in a room on the 5th floor, and it was reasonably quiet. The beds were quite hard, which I personally like, but those who prefer a soft bed may not. One nice perk is that a smartphone is provided with the room that allows unlimited calls within France and the US and also has some travel apps. We used this phone a couple of times to call the US, but unfortunately, could not figure out how to get the apps working through cellular service (which would have been quite handy while traveling around Paris). Wi-Fi is also included in the room and worked well. The air conditioning was powerful, even on some hot days. When the weather turned cooler, the room was a bit too cold. On the "auto" setting, the dial that (I assume) controlled the temperature seemed to have no effect. Housekeeping cleaned the room each day of our stay. Beware of the mini-bar, as you will get charged even if you move an item and put it back. (Items are accounted for using a sensor system.) One negative is that the shower was only lukewarm at best, although the sink had good hot water. The hotel has "art deco" styling, which is attractive. We never ate at the hotel restaurant, as it was too pricey for our tastes. Overall, it was a very nice experience staying here, and I would recommend it to other travelers.

Wow Hotel with great amenities

Pros: Very nice hotel with exceptional service and nice beds...the best amenity was the free Android Cellphone with free International calls and Google maps
Cons: only minor details like forgotten coffee cups one morning
Location: Location is closed to Arc d Triomphe and minutes away from Metro. It's just close to sites of Paris but far enough away to be not in the crowds
It's a well appointed hotel with great service and amenities...concierge was very pleasant and helpful...the hotel is 4 minutes from Metro and within 7-15 minutes from the Champs and Arc d Triomphe...it's close enough to the heartbeat of Paris and yet far out of the main streets to be crowded. There's a nice park within a block for picnics. The beds were very comfortable, actually the best we've slept in, in most of our hotel stays. Everyone was so pleasant, but not intrusive. The best amenity was a free use of Android cellphone with Google maps and free international calls. Wow! is all I can say.

Nice hotel close to arc du triumph

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was fairly close to the metro and walking distance to many of the sights and restaurants. Was not more than15 euro from most Paris attractions by taxi (recommended for families). Very well appointed rooms and general area of the hotel. Very good breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly as well.

Hotel truly five stars

Pros: Staff was obviously there to be of assistance no matter what was needed or requested.
Cons: The bar was very pricey
Location: Beautiful park in walking distance as well as the Arc De Triomphe, but otherwise Metro was needed to get to other significant sights.
Hotel was located near the Metro, making ease of transportation to all parts of Paris. The staff was outstanding and knowledgeable and the facility itself was impressive and clean. Would certainly stay here again.

Amazing hotel

Pros: Everything
Cons: Staff helping with cabs outside could be a little more helpful. When we arrived they were great. But when you exit the hotel and need to find direction
Location: Near restaurants and close to a mini market. 10min walk from arc de triomphe.
Hotel was everything I expected and much more. The executive lounge was truly a nice added bonus. The service we received was absolutely the best.

Great hotel, great location

Pros: Close restaurants, close to famous monuments and great shopping
Cons: No free Internet
The Hilton Arc de Triomphe is a beautiful, centrally located hotel in Paris with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. My only criticism is that Wi-Fi/network access was not free and the cost was quite expensive. For the price we paid, it should've been an amenity not an à la cart item. Don't miss the cool digital video show that takes place in their garden each night!

The hotel is wonderful and the employees were all outstanding!

Pros: Quiet, beautiful hotel
Cons: No free Internet
What a fabulous hotel. From the moment we walked through the doors we felt like royalty. The hotel staff was so nice and so accommodating. It was a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend the hotel. Even with 4 people in our room we had plenty of space. The only flaw is that Internet is not provided free of charge in the hotel rooms.
