It was cold in the room (number 622) when we arrived. There was no hot water in the shower twice. The hotel has a problem with hot water praparing system, especially when is fully accomodated. No hangers on the walls in shower room. Leaky windows, wind blows through them..No electric kettle in the room

There was no hot water for 3 days and with no explanation or solution from the more than rude reception staff. It was like it was our fault the hot water was not working. The weather was -3 to +2 on each day , a shower was a necessity , the reception were just plain rude amd of no help whatsoever.

The rooms are small but clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was very attentive and will provide you with any extras you need. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Arc de Triomphe that has a metro station with direct lines to The Louvre (1) or Trocadéro-Eiffel Tower (6). Staff speak English.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location was excellent, situated in a very convenient and pleasant area. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Room was small (a triple room). No shower curtain - the whole bathroom got wet - and no grab bars. The bathtub is DEEP and hard to get into or out of. Hotel is clean. The desk clerk was wonderful - very helpful. Gave us instructions on using Metro for every outing. Location is very close to Arc De Triomphe. Unfortunately near bars and cafes and noisy, drunk people disturbed our sleep in the middle of the night.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The walls were thin and even on the fifth floor we could hear traffic. Our neighbors were noisy and they could be heard clearly through the walls. The people on the other side of us were moving furniture at 2am?? The property did have an elevator. It was comically small but it did the job. Didn’t try breakfast, but there is an excellent place for croissants a block away. Worth it for the price and location.

Room was decent, small but reasonable for the price. What I was not comfortable was leaving the key with reception everytime we leave and they don't confirm identity when you come back to ask for it. Helps to be careful and keep valuables safe. Good location, friendly staff. Did not get the breakfast as there are lots of cafes and bakeries nearby.

The hotel staff was super friendly! Check in was simple. Small intimate hotel. Tiny elevator but cute antique style. The room was clean, spacious enough for the 3 of us staying in it. Never heard any noise from neighbors. Beautiful safe neighborhood located conveniently near stores and restaurants of all kinds, close to metro and bus stations short walking distance in all directions. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The receptionist was really friendly. A big problem was the size of the bathroom and the fact that the water from the shower goes to the entire bathroom making it slippery and dangerous to walk. The location is great.
