Great Paris Hotel
Great hotel for a great price. Everything was very clean, the staff worked very hard to keep everything extremely tidy. The bathroom was nice, and the staff was very accommodating. No big complaints. The hotel is located in an okay area, it's not an amazing area but there's nothing inherently wrong with it. It is very close (maybe a 2 minute walk) to the metro line 1, which connects you to most of the major sites in Paris and to most other metro and train lines. Biggest advice for those that book is to NOT buy the breakfast, my wife and I chose not to do so and we could find similar things at bakeries and shops close by for a margin of the cost that Piapia asks for. There is a grocery store just across the main street (3-4 minute walk) and a nice bakery just up the road (3-4 minute walk as well) with a great Italian Pizza place around the corner (Becchi - TRY IT!).

Very Clean Hotel
This hotel was really good. Great location without being right in the city. Easy to tram/bus/train to and from places. We are travelling for our honeymoon and were upgraded on check in. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. A couple of small suggestions - the side tables are in a bad spot, hit your head or knock things off all the time. Could use a few more hooks/shelves for storage and a powerpoint in the bathroom for hair dryer/straightener.

Perfect stay at PiaPia
Had the perfect stay at PiaPia! Great location - metro line at the end of the street which has lines going straight into the city centre in 20 mins. Regular metros every 2-5 minutes. Safe area, quiet enough to get a good night sleep but busy enough to walk back from metro station at night. Restaurants available if wanted to stay close by however we spent most of our time elsewhere. Aesthetically pleasing decor, minimalistic which meant easier to keep clean. Clean bathroom and bedroom, always topped up with necessities and cleaned every day. The staff were excellent and really paid attention to our needs - we realised we had no EU appropriate chargers and they managed to provide us with them. Since it was a birthday trip, I put in a request for a birthday message in the room which they managed to set up with complimentary macrons. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there is a coffee machine near reception and it is free to use as you please, which is a nice touch! For improvements, the room would benefit from adding a tall slim mirror in the bedroom, either back of the bathroom door, inside wardrobe door or near window side. Budget friendly - would definitely recommend!

Amazing
Could not fault our stay at Hotel PiaPia. Location is great and only a 3 minutes walk from the Metro. The beds felt like I was sleeping on a giant marshmallow. Fab wine bar next door.
