Staff was friendly. Hotel had an elevator. Hallway carpet needs replacement. Convenient to trains. Nice restaurants about 10 minutes away.

If you’re staying here it must only be for convenience. The location is average, the rooms are minimal and the price is cheap. The service is terrible, the shower leaks, and you may need to drag your suitcase up some stairs. The wifi works and they give you a bottle of water, and it’s near the station.

Welcoming staff. Hotel itself was in a central location in Paris but the trade off was that this meant noisy streets outside, especially with our hotel rooms facing the street. We did have fans which helped offset the noise outside, which was helpful. Other people in our group got quieter rooms facing the back courtyard.

I feel like it should be cheaper than it was. The property and rooms are old. Carpets need replacing. Check out was at 11:30am and housekeeping knocked my door and tried to enter 3 times. At 11:20 I told her I was leaving in 10 minutes and she was annoyed. Then the elevator was full of linen so we had to take the stairs. Linens were clean though.

We chose this hotel because it was close (but not too close) to the Gare du Nord. It is small and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast there as we don't usually eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Very clean room and comfy bed, our shower room looked newly done. Only criticism is that the carpets on our landing need replacing. Very good for the money.

Two couples, four night stay, exploring Paris. Out all day after an excellent breakfast at the hotel. Our two rooms were recently refurbished, clean and perfectly adequate. All staff we came into contact with were friendly, polite and helpful. The hotels price/location were great for us - very easy to get to wherever we wanted to go in Paris. We had a great time.

Pros: Staff was kind and helpful. Restrooms look remodeled and clean. There was a safe provided. Beds were clean and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning up daily. Cone: Property itself was poor compared to my expectations. Our room floor was slanted, making all the furniture slanted. The room was on the smaller side. There was no AC but they did provide us with a fan, but still the room ran hot. The walls are definitely thin and you can hear everything around you.

We had a good stay, the only issue was the noise outside past 12am and we couldn’t keep our windows open while not having AC or other ventilation system, which can be a problem during spring/summer times.
