Great hotel for a Paris city break. Nicely designed rooms with comfy bed. Bonus to have an indoor (small) swimming pool available and spa. Good for two or three people to do laps. Nice lounge and bar area and well placed for Metro transport/ Gare du Nord and walking around the city.

Room was small - no upgrade available even though my VIP status entitles me to one if available. Smart TV does not work when trying to connect to screen sharing devices. Best member of staff was Massy the barman - very polite, skilled and attentive in his approach. It’s not a damning review as the place is ‘okay’ but it’s got work to do on treating its customers better before we would consider visiting again.

Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Went above and beyond. Property is clean and well kept. 2 minute walk from cadet metro station and really close to gare du nord, good metro links to get all around Paris and the main tourist spots. Overall a perfect stay. Very clean hotel and staff were very friendly. One small point was that it was a bit strange that the hotel room door does not close/lock automatically after exiting the room, you need to use the physical key to lock it from the outside.

Astronomically far from 5 star quality!

Been in many 5 star and luxury hotels so I say with complete confidence that this is nowhere near 5star standards. It’s giving more Parisian premier inn than luxury hotel. Pros Few friendly staff who seemed courteous, fluent in English Stylish boutique reception Steam room in some rooms was a nice touch Nice central location; easy to get to from the airport Cons Poor hygiene. Not very clean - we found debris and stains on the floors as per photos More incredibly rude - than professional - staff & managers Rooms are incredibly small and awkwardly designed. For example; the bed in the duplex suite was right next to the door that led out to an open and very exposed courtyard! Weird obsession with keys - apparently they are “incredibly expensive” and therefore you only get one single key no matter how many of you there are Limited food options on the menu Broken charging points and standard amenities you’d expect of decent hotel. Never staying here again.

The hotel was fine, but not 5* in my opinion. Day time staff were friendly, however the night staff were not; one night I was unwell and needed some assistance and the night staff member was not very hospitable. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, but it was very worn and in need of some updates. For example, the blind in the room was broken and one of the wardrobe doors would not close fully. The price did reflect this looking back, as it was cheaper than most other 5* hotel in Paris.

A fabulous wee hotel

The Parister Hotel was excellent in every way. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food but the location was nearby lots of fabulous little cafes and restaurants. Very close to the metro and walking distance to the Sacre Coeur, Galleries Lafayette and L’Opera. Amazing location. I took my daughter to Paris for her 30th birthday and we had the best time!
