Excellent Service

The staff was more then helpful, they anticipated our needs. First the luggage, not only held until check in, but then put in our room when it was ready. They called the room when they realized I was checking out on a day that I couldn't get a taxi to the hotel and offered assistance to minimize the disruption. Room was spacious, for a European hotel, and the location was excellent. Much closer to the Arc de Triumph and metro then I thought.
