In a beautiful area of Paraparaumu Beach, this holiday home is only a moment’s walk from Paraparaumu Beach Village with plenty of cafe’s, modern playgrounds, a skate park for the kids and the Kapiti Island Nature Reserve tours are all nearby. A local Dairy is just across the road. Good transport links are nearby with the train station and airport, with Wellington less than 45 minutes away by car.

As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Pets are not allowed, neither inside nor outside. There is additional beach access a short distance away.The double bunk set in Bedroom 3 features a single bed on the top and a double bed at the bottom as shown in the photo.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
