Nice rooms and friendly staff. The free shuttle is a great plus. Good motorbikes for rent and at competitve rates. However difficult to find when arriving for the first time especially at night.

Marvellous stay!
Excellent customer service. People at the reception were kind and approachable. The only problem was the THE WIFI CONNECTION IS very SLOW! Car service going to Alona and airport was really good it’s a plus for them and it’s included in their service.

把旅客當人球丟來丟去的飯店
*這間旅店超賣房間*，要入當天check in，服務員說沒有我們的資料，一直假裝在查資料，明明訂單就有，一直說hotels.com出了問題，還說會幫我轉到其他民宿住宿。 訂了兩間說要轉去住的民宿只有一間房間，要兩間房間的要去轉另外簡直是像鬼屋的民宿，我女兒還被嚇哭要回家，當晚太累了只好4大1小擠在轉到第一次的民宿住，隔天在處理住宿的問題。 隔天要解決退費的問題，我們的資料都齊全了，一直說Hotels.com 有問題，跟本是超賣。真是超不爽。
