The West Tower, where your condo is located, houses the children's water park. NO SMOKING: Splash is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, as well as in our condo unit and balcony. Anyone caught smoking anywhere on the property will face eviction and loss of rent.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property throughout the rental period. On-site registration will check identification when you pay the $35 per vehicle and amenities fee. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of the stay.

Damage & Incidentals: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. There will be no additional charges as long as the terms & conditions of your stay are followed. These include no smoking, damage, or missing items, and following the OCCUPANCY and AGE REQUIREMENT RULES.

We have a 2-night minimum. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm Central, and check-out is 10:00 am. We hope to see you soon!
