Room was “fine”. Average cleanliness, doors still had painters tape on the handles where they had painted. Room was 2 full and had a kitchenette which consisted of a small stove/oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. No cooking utensils (pots, pans, spatula, turners, etc.) so it’s pointless unless you brought your own. No paper towels supplied either. Was told cleaning staff did a quick clean daily and a full clean every 3rd day. We did a do not disturb the first day and no other days. We ran out of wash cloths and needed more on day 2 as no one came to replenish so we had to go ask for more at the front desk. 3rd day front desk didn’t give towels, said they’d be delivered. Delivery took forever so we used paper towels as wash rags. When they were delivered by the cleaning person around noon he said he’d be back at 1 to clean and service the room. When we came back around 7, it hadn’t been done so we ran out of toilet paper. There’s no trash Shute so I had been taking Walmart bags full to the small cans at the elevator to keep it trash free. When I went to get TP, there was a man upset at the front desk about his room not getting serviced on the 3rd day despite receiving a text message. He was loudish so I just whispered “I had the same issue as he did but I just need some TP to get me through the night and we’ll checkout in the morning.” I did tell the staff about my issues and they said they’d address them. We did enjoy the proximity to the beach, however!

Great value. Comfortable. I was able to relax. Everything worked. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Quiet area for the night. Beach view was beautiful. Pool was clean. Outside was kept nice. Rooms were clean. Rate was awesome. We were driving through on our way to Orlando and we would love to come back for a few more days. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. If you are going through in Feb be aware that food closes in the area btw 8pm & 9pm. So if you are hungry plan ahead!

No closet and absolutely no hooks to hand any clothes. Gaps under doors (killed one roach) bed has springs (old bed with a topper on top). Jacuzzi has nice tile around but the jacuzzi was patched and old, didn’t even try it. A/C heater is so load you could hardly sleep when it kicked on. Laminate flooring is warped and easy to trip as it coming up. Had to call for the toilet to be fixed twice. Our room 1006 next to the elevator was very outdated. The only great thing was the view right on the beach was beautiful. Balcony was not clean…pigeon droppings. Location was good. 19.00 a day amenities fee which I’m not sure what the amenities were!

Room cleanliness was was ok. Bed very comfortable, friendly staff. Toni made sure I had everything I needed. She was very polite on the phone when I would call her. Cass was too. Hot tub is very nice. I was able to park in parking garage right by the elevator. Toni and Cass offered me coffee and the water with lemon 🍋 was very refreshing.

Great balcony view. Hot tub was wonderful!! Cass worked the front desk the last 2 days and she was great in every aspect! I decided to stay another dayso Toni helped me this morning as she worked at the front desk today. She's awesome as well!! I called her at the front desk at 8 am and told her I was wanting to stay another night. She went above and beyond to help me.I will give her kudos on the review when I check out 2. Cass went above and beyond as well. She was very concerning and helpful when I had to keep calling her to correct issues after check in. A lamp needed a new bulb and I couldn't get either TV to work. She sent a very friendly young man up to fix the problem and he did.

The clerk charged the wrong card and did not tell me that my debit card would be charged, causing my account to be overdrawn. I told her to put everything on the card provided at check in, which she said would not be a problem. We also had a door that was previously damaged on the exterior, causing a very loud sound in the bedroom, rendering it unusable for sleeping. We had to sleep on the pull out couch every night.

My Wife and I almost always try to get a room at this Place Have been coming for alot of years When we first started going to bike week the owners would always close most of basement to the Bikers but since new Owners this has not happened some time have trouble getting down there have to wait reason to keep due off bikes in the mornings this would be a great idea again

As always, the room was spacious and as advertised. The room was slightly too warm, but maintenance came a helped adjust the AC unit and it made a difference. The hotel does advertise room service that was not available. The staff was super friendly and all amenities were working. We have stayed here multiple times with and without the kids and will be back.
