Spacious and comfortable room, excellent location in the old town and staff were very accomodating. Our room was in the Annex Building with a balcony overlooking a very active square. Wonderful in the morning enjoying coffee and watching the town come alive. However, a bit noisy at night with live music coming from the restaurant below.

Our suite was HUGE! The rooms were spotless and the bed was brilliantly comfortable. The location is perfect- exactly where you want to be. We stayed here twice, once in the main building and once in the annex building and both experiences were fantastic. The customer service is incredibly kind and the manager took care of us when our flight was delayed. The rooms are spotless and very large. The stay in the annex building was particularly beautiful as the location is right in the heart of all of the fun and music and activity. Definitely the best value in Panama city. We absolutely loved both of our stays and are very grateful to the team there.
