PCB getaway

We had a great time. It was just the two of us in the condo. The king bed was comfortable, the balcony over looks the bay. The property is across the street from the beach, but convenient. The elevators in the condo are busy (just know that and don’t get frustrated). There are 2 bunk beds besides the king room and two full size bathrooms. I wud definitely stay here again.

Extremely Disappointed

The showers were disgusting and the sheets on the beds were absolutely unacceptable. The sheets had blood stains and sex stains. The staff replaced them within 24 hours with sheets that still had stains on them too. My daughter was cut by a screw that was sticking out of the barstool. I absolutely would not recommend Laketown Wharf to anyone. I will also be bringing my own sheet sets on vacation from now on.

We have stayed at this property multiple times over the years. This unit was nicely decorated facing the lake which was a first for us. I'm not sure when was the last time guests/housekeeping was there. There was hair on the floor and on the bed as well as a very dirty shower head that bleach would have cleaned right away. There were also dirty cookware stored away

I was disappointed….the view that was advertised on the site was not the actual view from the room. Lastly the bathroom was disgusting! Mold in the tub and on the shower curtain was unacceptable, I paid too much money

LakeTown Wharf-Review

Room wasn't ready at 4:30pm. I felt like the housekeeping staff rushed as they did not make the top bunk bed. One of the lights in the hallway did not work There was a crack in the microwave and one of the doors near the front entrance. Great balcony view of town/water fountain easy beach access/short walk to pineapple willies which was a favorite!

Very Convenient

I have stayed at The Wharf a couple times, although I wish I had an ocean view, this was the most convenient out of all. The parking was right there, which made the use of elevators minimal. The condo was decorated beautifully, even our friends that were on another level came in and said oh I like yours better, it’s like home. Check in was super simple as well as communication with the owner. 😁 I will add we experienced part of the SB riot group, streets shut down, a fire alarm in the building & a tornado! It was fun but ready to be home, quite the eventful week. Lol

Great place to stay! Property manager was super thorough on ALL the things! She sent emails detailing every last thing about checking in/out, and tips and tricks about the property! Will stay here again!
