Our stay at Footprints in the Sand for an annual couples trip was perfect! We loved the large, well appointed kitchen and huge pantry. Coffee on the back porch every morning was wonderful. We walked the neighborhood every morning and hit the beach every afternoon! Pool was perfect for the evenings. Bejar and Natalya were fantastic hosts, Carillon is a special place and we will be back!

The house was just like the pictures! The host was amazing and was quick and easy to communicate with. The pool was the perfect size for us. The beach was a quick and easy walk from the house. The owners/host have thought of everything!

The Perfect House

We had a wonderful vacation in a perfect house. We have stayed at Carillion Beach the last eleven years and Footprints in the Sand was our favorite house. Perfect location and beautiful house. We loved the porches and the pool. Highly recommend this property.

We had an incredible stay at this house!! The beds were super comfortable—honestly, some of the best we’ve ever slept in. The showers were fantastic, with great water pressure which was awesome after a long day at the beach. The house was spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The location is unbeatable, right by the beach where chairs were set up for us daily—a huge plus! The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was a highlight, clean and perfect for lounging. Communication with the owner was seamless, always prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect beach vacation!

One of our best vacations!

We had a wonderful week vacationing with our entire family! House was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location near the beach was great! The communication with owners was excellent and responded within minutes. Will definitely book again! Thanks for a great week filled with creating lots of memories with our family!

Perfect house in perfect location

Our family of four enjoyed everything about this property! The location could not have been better and the inclusion of the beach chairs /umbrella set along with the loungers was very convenient. We hardly needed to carry anything the short distance to the walkover. My daughter especially loved the bunk room and we all really enjoyed the private pool! Property was very clean and Sal was very easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and memorable week’

We had a truly wonderful time at Footprints in the Sand. The home was clean, well supplied, and very comfortable. The location was perfect with a very short walk to beach access. Also, having the beach chair service was a nice perk! We also loved having the small private pool! We look forward to returning!

Best week ever!

The perfect house in the perfect neighborhood made for a perfect spring break! We have stayed in a lot of homes in Carillon and this house ranks as one of the very best. Communication with the owners was perfect too! We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay at Footprints in the Sand. Property owners were excellent to communicate with and the home was clean and well equipped for our stay. Easy walkover to the beach and the pool was refreshing. Highly recommend this home and we will book again!

Perfect home close to the beach and lovely space.

Beautiful House and Great Location

This house was by far our most favorite stay in Carillon. Super clean and beautiful house. Fully stocked with everything you need. The back covered porch over looking the pool was the best and furniture was comfy. Great walk to the beach and loved having 2 beach loungers and 2 chairs by the water. Sal was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Already booked it again for next year.

Just book it!

We loved our stay! Great communication with the host, fantastic house location and having the pool, and also loved having the chairs at the beach reserved! If we come back to the area, we will book here no questions! We booked with this house because of the reviews, happy to leave our own 10/10.

Fantastic

Property was very well-maintained and super convenient to the beach. It had all of the creature comforts one would want to feel home away from home. Beach accessories in the storage facility were a huge plus.

Great location with all the extras

The house and location were perfect for our spring break trip. The house has all the extras to make your stay the best and the beach is under a five minute walk. We have been traveling to this area for several years and this was the best location and setup. The property manager is responsive and friendly.

Loved this house!

House was perfect!! Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed!! Owners have great communication and truly care! Short walk to the gorgeous beach, pool is great and well maintained! Loved everything about this place and the owners!! We will be back!
