Extremely Disappointed!!
Condo was great! Property management and staff not so much! I have never seen worse guest relations in my life! Security screams “f… you” at my wife first night. After I demand an apology two nights in a row we are evicted! Great place to stay!! Never again!

No smoke detectors and hurricane glass windows
This was a nice unit. The kitchen is very cheaply outfitted but whatever. What I couldn’t get past is that there are two doors you have to go through at the end of a very long hallway to get into the room. Once inside the room, it on has floor to ceiling hurricane glass windows. The smoke detector was missing. We found it on the shelf in the closet on the last morning. With both of my sons being firefighters, all I could think about is if there is a fire, we were going to die. It did have sprinklers, so there was that, but aerial ladders from a fire truck would not reach that high. That leaves you completely dependent on sprinklers. Very scary!

The ppl @desk took 5 xs b4 getting our key code to work.
Ppl left at 5:30 so for assistance you had to go to another bldg. They couldn't help us. Took getting in touch w/ property owner to get settled. Refidge was broken and not repaired while we were there. Parking is terrible and buy a real showerhead!!!!
