We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. The condo was quite spacious for our family and it was great that the kids had their separate beds. Also, the balcony was absolutely huge with a perfect view of the water. I think we spent more time on the balcony than in the condo. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great Trip

Patio was amazing, great view! We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the ocean sounds day and night. Walk to the beach was easy and the chairs and umbrella provided were awesome.

Wonderful!

The property was clean and perfect for a relaxing week. The balcony is wonderful with lots of room and the condo is in great condition. We had everything we needed and felt at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

All about the view

Short 4 day trip all the way from Ohio to witness my 3 year old granddaughters first trip to the ocean. My daughter, bonus daughter, granddaughter and I loved everything about the condo and area. I had stayed at Tropic Winds several years ago and loved the area. The Emerald Coast is the best!!

Beach Days

The property is perfect for a relaxing stay at the beach. Our adult kids rented a condo a few floors up with their kids- an infant and a preteen. My mother, age 79, came with us. A short walk to the beach, refreshing pool, and a super big hot tub didn’t leave much lacking for our stay. Thanks for a good time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful ladies trip to this fabulous condo. The location was ideal! It was very clean with beautiful up to date decor. And the balcony was the best we've ever had due to the multiple conversation areas. Plus the views were just spectacular! Not to mention sliding doors and a view from the master too. Wowza!! We can't say enough great things about this condo. And the property manager, Riley, was exceptionally helpful. Access to the beach was so quick and easy. Offering both an indoor and outdoor pool too. It was such a wonderful trip!! Our only concern was the parking deck. It was a real challenge for an SUV to make those turns to get to the next level. But other than that, the accommodations couldn't have been any nicer! We loved it!

The condos are always in great shape and I rarely have questions because all the information we need is readily available in the app. If I did have questions they were quick to answer and friendly each time. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time to Panama City Beach and it didn’t disappoint, except several rainy or cloudy days but still warm. Greta’s Rentals were the best company we’ve rented from and we’ve been renting in the panhandle for years. Greta’s app had all the info we needed with great suggestions on where to eat, things to do; super easy check-in; great customer service from Riley; a super clean condo with everything we needed including 2 chairs & umbrella at the beach. Our condo at Tropic Winds had new furniture including great mattresses. It also had one of the best deep balconies with great furniture. We were very impressed with Greta’s and will definitely rent from them again! And thanks for everything, Riley!

The condo itself was amazing as always. However, I was disappointed in the building and all the issues it had. I have been staying with Tropic winds for multiple vacations, multiple summers in a row. I have never experienced the issues like we had this go around. Pool not working, elevator broke, negative beach service and a railing that was not secured and rattling constantly. It’s seems the property is rundown and headed in a bad direction. 1107 condo wonderful! Beautiful and clean!

Our recent stay at Greta's Beach Rental condominium was nothing short of perfection! Upon arrival, we found that every aspect of the condo exceeded expectations: pristine cleanliness; freshly painted walls; newly purchased appliances, mattresses & linens – truly everything needed (and more!) for an unforgettable beach vacation. But the real showstopper was the balcony - it was huge and had a perfect setup of deck furniture for relaxing, enjoying morning coffee, or having lunch while taking in the breathtaking ocean views and watching dolphins play. Additionally, its prime location made exploring local attractions effortless as several shops were within walking distance. We enjoyed frequent stops at one restaurant offering delicious pizza, ice cream & donuts near by. To top it off Pier Park, within a short driving distance, offered countless shopping/dining options just minutes away .
