El Palacio de Verano - Una casa recientemente construida por la 'Mejor Empresa de Construcción' de la revista Destin 2014 y 2015, ChiMar Construction. ¡Esta casa está decorada profesionalmente y terminó en 2012! Duerme 8 cómodamente. Relájese y disfrute del aire libre desde cualquiera de los 3 porches decorados con sillas Adirondack y cómodos muebles de mimbre. Hemos incluido televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones y la sala familiar, así como acceso a Wi-Fi protegido con contraseña y cargadores de iPhone para los entusiastas de la tecnología.

Beautiful home in Seacrest

We loved staying in this beautiful home in Seacrest. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and roomy enough for our family. The location is fantastic: within walking distance of Seacrest Beach, the community pool, shops, and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend it; we would absolutely stay there again.

A fantastic stay!

The house had plenty of space and is very nice. We loved the outdoor spaces to sit while the kids slept and it was so quiet at night. You saw security making rounds throughout the night. Kids were riding their bikes and playing. It seems like a long walk to the beach, but it really isn't and if you don't want to walk the tram is an easy ride or you can rent bikes. The house is a short walk to shops and restaurants and the beautiful, large pool. Rosemary was only a slightly further walk/bike ride, but it was totally doable! Mary Beth was great and communicated with us prior and after the trip. We hope to return next year!

Hidden Gem

We had an absolutely amazing week at the Summer Palace. The house was clean, beautiful decorated, and spacious. Every detail has been thought out and we were so appreciative. Mary Beth was so easy to work with too. We decided last minute to stay an extra day and Mary Beth accommodated us and made it so easy. We will be coming back.

Lovely family vacation week

Everything as advertised. Good communication. Great to have the trolley to take us to beach access and to be able to walk to the awesome neighborhood pool. We had an issue with fridge on arrival and this was addressed expediently and satisfactorily. Would stay again!

Nice clean house with easy access to Seacrest community

The house was great, well furnished and equipped. Kids enjoyed biking to the shops and restaurants in Seacrest. We spent Easter weekend there and hoped to spend the week in the pool, but it was not heated and a bit too cold to swim. Only complaint about the area is that the beach access is a good distance from the neighborhood and by the time we got there at late-morning it was wall-to-wall people.

The Summer Palace is a great house and we enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property owner was excellent and check in easy. The house/kitchen was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. The Seacrest neighborhood is charming and it was a quick easy walk (or tram) across the street to the beautiful beach. Also an easy walk to Rosemary shops/dining and Inlet beach. A short drive to Seaside and Watercolor. We didn’t have great weather the week before Christmas but our teens girls never complained there was so much to do and see! If you plan a stay at the Summer Palace, you will love it!

Easy Getaway

We loved our after Christmas Getaway at Summer Palace in Seacrest Beach. House backed up to nature trail and felt private, yet quick bike ride to shops, pool, beach path. House was clean, stylish and had everything we needed.

Fall Break Get Away

Quiet Oasis Yet Well Located

From booking to checkout Mary Beth was a very welcoming and professional host. Instructions for the home and access were very easy to navigate. This home is located at the back of the subdivision which makes it quiet and away from the traffic on 30-A but still a short walk to the beach. The home backs to the nature trail which also makes for a short walk into Rosemary Beach. We found the home to be supplied with most all of our essential needs and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screen porch which overlooks the green belt at the rear of the property. This is our fourth year to travel to the Emerald Coast area on 30-A for our winter vacation and we are always anxious to go back. Many thanks to this host for making it another memorable year!

Great House for a family

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Having some of the kids stuff like a pack 'n play and high chair are nice touches and make travel easier. We also liked that the property is closer to the back of the neighborhood which reduced the amount of traffic around the house.

Wonderful house in perfect location

Our family of four stayed for a perfect week at the beach. The house had everything we needed - from a great bunk room for kids (even larger than pictured!) to an extremely comfortable king bed to a large family/kitchen area. A perfect spot in the neighborhood, offering access to the nature trail while super close to the tram stop. We loved our time and highly recommend!

Very lovely home that was well equipped and very comfortable for our family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Place. Mary was extremely easy to work with and very quick to respond when needed. We have stayed in Seacrest Beach for 6 years, and this quickly became my favorite house! We did, however, have my son's personal bike stolen on our first full day from the house. That was a very disappointing way to start off our trip. The bike was never recovered. We always have felt extremely safe in Seacrest, but we felt we have to have our guard up now. Overall, the trip was fabulous as always though.

Great week at the beach

30 A is my favorite beach getaway by far! The beaches are beautiful, charming towns within walking/biking distance, love it. The house is beautiful, updated,very clean and well supplied. Really appreciated the pack n play, booster seat, bikes, beach chairs, towels and toys since we flew there and couldn't bring all that! The only reason not to give 5 stars is the bedrooms do not have room darkening shades, it gets bright early.
