Luxury home, but subpar management!
I recommend the home at 28 Queen Palm once repairs are made. While staying there my family and I experienced insects on the patio to the point where we could not use any patio and leaks in the home. We couldn’t use the plumbing in some spaces of the home. Though the service techs were nice we had three visits for repairs during our three night stay. Which was beyond ridiculous and a bit intrusive! While vacating the home we found mold like substance in the garage! The WORST part of this whole ordeal is Benchmark Management! They’ve done a poor job at managing the home and caring for customer’s inconvenience. I have had to follow up nonstop and they refuse to properly compensate for the lackluster stay which ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful vacation. These issues could have been easily repaired if they cared to properly inspect the home for the future renters. I should have listened to the reviews as you can easily spot in the wording that there were issues from previous renters and the previous renters gave grace. Learn from feedback Benchmark.
