Seachase Condominiums are located on the west end of Panama City Beach, less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

This condo includes 2 parking passes for parking across the street at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort. Premium/Covered parking is available on-site, for an additional charge and based on availability. Golf carts are NOT allowed to be parked in the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort parking lot.

Dogs under 15 lbs are permitted in the unit, with an additional per night charge.

Worst experience ever!! Don’t come here!!!

My family and I arrived to the Sandpiper Beacon resort only to be welcomed with bugs, soiled mattresses that looks like urine, smelly pillows, inoperable bathtub drains, hair on the sheets, and wobbly tables/chairs. I reached out to James (the host) about our inconveniences and ask for some type of refund. He sent repairman to fix the issues but refused to refund us of any sort. Usually the host is very sorry for any inconveniences and offer the customer some type of compensation for the inconvenience. This was a lot for us to deal with since we came to enjoy ourselves on vacation. The hosts/manager James and Patrick said there was nothing that they could do to compensate us. Their attitude seemed very nasty and unconcerned. It seems they just disregarded our feelings about the inconveniences we endured. This is highly unacceptable and shameful for the amount of money that we paid for this resort. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. I have visited Panama City numerous of times and have never been treated as such. I will never return to the Sandpiper Beacon Beach resort. If I could rate this place a zero, I would!
