The best part of this property was the view, and that wasn't that great as it is level with a roofline, so no downward view to pool area. The furniture had a LOT of use, especially the second bedroom. The bed in secondary room needs replacement. The whole thing is 1980s tile, and the grout is tan at the edges of the rooms, black everywhere else. Socks turned black just walking on the floors. Might have been swept, but definitely not mopped in a long time.Master bath sink is slow draining, and toilet, besides being REALLY LOW (12"?), tends to not flush properly. Main bath toilet, also low, is not properly bolted down so it rocks. Tub surround is cracked top almost to bottom, shower diverter doesnt cut off water to tub correctly.Kitchen has a ton of glasses, plates and coffee cups. Not many utensils or SHARP knives that aren't rusty. Appliances are old. Dishwasher is not sucured properly and falls out. Keurig had white spots all over it, so did not use...scary.Check in was ridiculous. Code provided did not work. Had to text mgmt co for new code, then that stopped working 4 days later. Had to get a new code AGAIN. Very inconvenient. Very disappointing for the money spent and would not recommend.
