Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has all the necessities and was very clean. We appreciated the quick respond to our questions from the host. The sunset was amazing! We would stay here again!

Family Vacation at “Guest House”

We enjoyed our Vacation very much.. The house is Absolutely Beautiful.. Decorated very nice, we had 8 people there & there was plenty of room .. Beds were so comfortable ( everyone kept saying the same thing, even the bunk beds!) Plenty of beach towels..Kitchen was very well stocked , had everything I would cook with.. Ice machine/Wine Refrigerator was a Nice touch, came in very handy! Ordered groceries from Publix to be delivered, Via Instacart, very convenient)Been to Carillion quite a few times, absolutely love the gated neighborhood ( would definitely rent this house again) This house is very close to the walk over to the beach, but we did rent golf carts for the week from the golf cart rental place they recommended ( we like to drive around the neighborhood or pools or tennis/pickleball/ basketball courts or take our group to walkover with all beach equipment we brought ( they do not have any beach toys , so bring what you need for kid's) took the Golf Cart to the breakfast outside sitting area, boutique, spa, Pizza & Brewery!) but can’t park golf carts at walkover so someone has to park it back at house & walk back…My husband absolutely loved the patio.. infact my older kids stayed out there a lot too playing games.. The manager & assistant of this property are very easy to get hold of and will be right there to help you if you have any problems! They are wonderful to work with! Definitely visit Lake Powell Pizza & Brewery restaurant, Jenson/ waitress was so nice!

Comfortable and clean home near a great beach!

Enjoyed our stay at the “guest house”! Kitchen has high end appliances (enjoyed the Wolf stove), ice maker, wine fridge, etc. Kitchen has ample dish ware, pots and pans etc. loved the outdoor spaces as well. Suggest you rent a golf cart or bikes to get around as there is no parking within the complex. Gorgeous beach (5 mins walk) with comfortable lounge chairs/umbrella.

Perfect for family!

Beautiful property with everything you will need for a perfect Carillon vacation. Excellent location and the covered patio and outdoor kitchen are great for dinner after the beach or hanging out and listening to the rain during the inevitable storms.

Beautiful vacation home!

We rented the house for a family Thanksgiving and it was perfect! We had plenty of space for everyone, and the included golf cart was a definite plus! The only tiny downside was the refrigerator looked like it hadn't been cleaned and there was some leftover drinks in it from the previous visitors. Even with that being said, we will definitely return in the future!

This was the first time we had been to Carillon Beach. We will definitely be back. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our crew! We especially loved the back porch! It truly was a perfect vacation…Perfection!

Stunning beach house!

Comfortable beach house with great access to beach. Beautiful in the evening and part of a great safe community. Close to nearby shopping and fine dining. Or just hang out And enjoy my meals. Great family memories !

Another great stay @ Carillon Beach

We have stayed in this neighborhood several times and this was by far our favorite VRBO that we have rented in the area. Easy process with the owner. Zero issues with any part of the house. The perfect house layout for our group. Wonderful back patio with a large table and couch. Plenty of space for our group of 9 to eat together. We also rented the a golf cart from the owner. It was ideal.

Gorgeous home, disappointing service and communication

My family and I were so excited for this vacation with our family. Unfortunately our experience started off on the wrong foot when we arrived just before our 2:00 check in time to the house with dirty toilets, dirty laundry on the floors, dirty linens piled on each bed, and trash on the counters. I was able to reach the manager but he wasn’t sure what happened with the cleaning crew and didn’t remember that we had a 2:00 check in. After several phone calls a cleaning crew arrived and we were able to check in at 4:30. After a day of travel with two toddlers (who now had to skip a nap) it was not the best start. We rented the golf cart as well and when we arrived it was no where to be seen. I once again had to reach out to the manager who wasn’t aware that it was sent out for maintenance. Thankfully we were immediately refunded. The property itself and the home is beautiful. The decor and high ceilings and overall aesthetics of the house were stunning and made it feel like a luxurious trip. However, midway through the trip the upstairs AC unit stopped working (were 3/4 bedrooms are located) while my 2 year old was trying to nap. I tried for an hour to reach the manager who eventually responded that he would call back after he finished a meeting. At this point the room my toddler was sleeping in was over 82 degrees with no fan so we had to skip nap again (parents know what a joy that is). With no word on when things would get fixed I had to start reaching out myself and found a landscaping employee who in turn contacted someone local affiliated with the community I could call for help. I was able to call the number he gave me and she was quick to say she would find someone to come out that day. The property manager did call me back and say that his usual company couldn’t make it out until next day but he would call around for someone new. At this point I had already done the work myself of finding someone and the local woman had texted me back saying she would have someone out within the next hour or two. Eventually it was fixed but only after I had to spend hours of my vacation doing work & making calls I shouldn’t have had to. When spending this much money on a vacation I would have expected a prompt check in, clear communication about a golf cart being there, and quick action on something like a broken AC in Florida heat. Overall, the house was stunning and we did have an amazing time. Hopefully our problems were a fluke and rare occurrence.

Tons of space!

The beautiful home offers lots of space and is in a great location. The back and front porches were large enough for our large group to visit in the evenings. The golf cart was wonderful for taking relaxing rides through the resort. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Carillon Beach!

Sunny and Chair was a dream!

In this time of feeling like you are staying in a safe and clean home, Sunny and Chair did just that! Wonderful home layout for our group of seven. We loved the porches especially the back porch with grilling area and furniture arrangement. We were on the porch every evening. Our family loves to cook and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all we needed. The extra ice maker and wine refrigerator were a great as well. Beach very short walk. We hope to stay again! Highly recommend this home
