Location was perfect, the beach wasn’t busy and it was really peaceful. The condo was really clean and super cute. Management was really quick to respond with any questions that we had. We will be back.

The unit was beautifully decorated. However, when getting ready for bed the first night. The guest bedrooms shower had hair on the wall. The bed had store recipes from Shell Island under the blankets, along with sand in the bed, from the previous people who stayed there. It was much to late at night to ask anyone to come up with clean sheets. So we found an additional clean pair and changed them ourselves. Obviously they didn't clean the unit. The pool was closed for everything under the sun, a storm in the distance and super sunny for hours. Still closed. The people in the next unit had a speaker loud on the balcony until 1am. There's nothing they can do for that. Just seemed to hang

Directly on beach, friendly staff, unit was somewhat clean

Lacked a few kitchen items, and could use a good cleaning. Drapes were dirty, some bed pillows had stains. Loved the roomy bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great condo!

The overall experience was great. The condo was as described and very clean and spacious. Gorgeous views and close to everything.The only problems was I paid extra for a second parking pass and had to fill our too much paperwork for a two night stay. Other than that we would stay here again!

Great time at Beach/Boardwalk

Great relaxation and fun at the Boardwalk Resort. Condo was very nice and conveniently located with easy access. This 3rd floor unit was perfectley located over pool which made keeping an eye on family(Grandkids)easy. Great view of Ocean....

Great stay.

So much space in this condo. The bonus room with the bunk beds was perfect! Family of 8 with three adults all had places to sleep. Pools and hot tubs were great for the kids and the beach was a great escape too. Loved the more eastern side of PCB… far enough away from the crazy crowd more west. Great place to stay!

Good location

Overall was good. I recommend bringing some extra items like toilet paper and trash bags, hand soap. I'm accustomed to there being a little extra items at a condo but maybe due to Covid they just don't leave anything anymore. The unit was clean and convenient to the elevators. They pool area has been redone and was nice. The door code did change a little earlier than check out so make sure you don't get locked out. I would stay there again.

No comfort here!

The unit is laid out well, but if you’re looking for comfort don’t stay here! Beds and sofa are hard as rocks. Bring your own pillows! Not enough seating in living room, as the table and chairs are so big they take up half the room. One little leather chair off on the side, that is broken and wobbly. The balcony is small and the table out there is WAY too big. The unit is sparsely equipped with cooking tools. Frying pans are thin and cheap. The property and pool are big and nice!
