Disappointing

Trust the reviews. That's all I have to say. If you have a normal-sized dog, don't bother reading the pet-friendly property disclosure. Instead, enjoy your hard-earned money somewhere that is decent.

View was great, condo needs TLC

The View was great and location! But the condo floors were dirty, both vanity’s have water damage, mold in bathrooms. Kitchen & bathroom drawers were dirty inside, patio furniture is old & stained. “This condo would be so nice with some TLC”**Manager was very courteous to us.

Location is good and condo is nice but there is a terrible for problem. The owner sent someone to wash the couch. It helped a lot but you still smell dog pee. Outdoor furniture should have been replaced a long time ago.

Nice unit

Property is located in an excellent location for the beach. Convenient bridge to cross over to the beach side. Views were great. Unit needs some minor maintenance which I brought to the owners attention. Overall it was comfortable and close to the beach

Black mold on the ceiling in several different areas.

Location was great but the room its self was not so great. First off there was black mold in almost every room and around the vents in the ceiling. Floors was not clean at all room smelled like wet dog. I understand no one’s perfect but this room needs a lot of work with the mold problem. And whoever is cleaning the rooms isn’t doing a good job we found toenails in the floor you would just walk across the floor and the bottoms of your feet would turn black. I will not be back!!!

Condo building and location great-cleanliness not so much

The location/condo building and view is excellent. Cleanliness terrible. Do not walk in your socks, they will be black underneath quickly and black spots by air vent appears to be mold in living room and moldy shower curtain in bathroom. Tv remote missing batteries, we had to buy some and lightbulbs with 3 lights out upon arrival. The beach is gorgeous and since we spent most time away from the condo we still had a fabulous vacay. It was cleaner when we left because i cleaned a lot to feel comfortable enough to stay a week. Patio furniture is old and needs cleaning and updating as well. I will say the large master bathroom and shower were wonderful and the location and view. Bunk beds only good for small kids, very hard and uncomfortable. King bed was comfortable in bedroom and washer and dryer is a plus and clean and was a nice addition.

The condo was clean, only issue was absolutely NO where to put clothes for people sleeping in the bunks. No storage at all. The room smelled of sewage the entire time. It took at least 15-20 mins every single time we tried to use the elevators. We would not stay at this property again.

Great view from our window/balcony. Easy access to the beach. The only issue we had was the room was the whole place was pet friendly except the beach. You are not allowed to have dogs on the beach even on a leash. I would like to have known that before we booked

Beautiful, Spacious, Beach Right There

The view was awesome. You can see the beach and the road. The balcony was furnished well. The couch was super comfy. It folds out to a bed. The condo was clean and spacious. The master bedroom has a smart tv which is nice because I forgot my Roku. There is cable tv but I prefer Netflix. The bunk beds have their own lights in the bunk and an electrical outlet for the kids phones. Definately will stay again. The beach is white sand and clean. The pools both have jacuzzis. Perfect place for vacation.

Filthy, filthy, filthy. First off the property is in an ideal spot. But as far as the unit. Unsatisfactory all around. When we first arrived the room was filthy. I don’t know what clean service they use but they need to be fired immediately. Unit needs to be updated, master bed is not satisfactory. No sheets for sofa bed. Bathroom filthy. Mold, mildew all around shower. Dust all of unit. Me and kids allergies off chart because of it. And when asked to have it cleaned they just cleaned under bunk bed and that was it. No other cleaning. And let’s not forget the roaches that shows up in bathroom and in kitchen. Let not forget balcony nobody goes out there to clean. The most bird poop ever. On top fridge all dust you could possibly want to eat. Utensils in kitchen needs major upgrades. There is no safe in unit at all. Please get one. Master bedroom has three remotes only one barely works. You have to play with batteries. Living room remote don’t work at all. Obviously they don’t check their units before someone rents it because conditions is deplorable. My stay there was terrible. Even though we brought up some issues with unit not once did owner try to have us moved. Even though I expressed how filthy the unit was.

Great place!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a great location and had an amazing view of the beach. It was clean and spacious. The host was great and quick YM respond when we needed to communicate with them. My only suggestion would be to provide a broom. It doesn’t matter how much you wash you feet, sand ends up on the floor and there was no way to clean it up.
