Spring Break Trip 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed right on spot. ( basic things ) It was just as pictured. We will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Our family met at Tidewater for Christmas. Our condo had all of the supplies needed, very clean, and great communication for easy check in-out process. We will be back!

Great long weekend at the beach

What an awesome time we had at your condo!! From a smooth reservation and check in process to an easy check out process. The condo was as described in the listing and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Beds are comfy and kitchen had all we needed for our stay (we did not do any major cooking) Thanks for sharing you little piece of happiness with us.

Nice property

This was a very nice property. The condo was amazing! The facilities were nice and clean. The pools were great! The only thing that causes a few problems were the elevators. They were not air conditioned and the wait times were 15 plus minutes at best and 45 plus at the worst.

AMAZING CONDO!!!

This was exactly what we wanted!! The condo is huge and decorated beautifully! There's enough space for everything and everyone. We love Tidewater and I think we have a favorite condo now!! Everything was wonderful! You can't go wrong with booking this place!! WAR Eagle and thanks so much!!! Tidewater is a great place to stay and this condo has anything you need! Great owners!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation rental. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed to cook and stay in to eat.....great appliances, washer and dryer. The only suggestion would be to get stouter chairs for the balcony. Hubs is a medium big guy and the plastic Adirondack chairs were a bit flimsy for him to sit in, anyone bigger would break them. Elevators were never a problem, never more than a one-minute wait. Perfect!!

Amazing Condo with Breathtaking Views

When we arrived the condo was extremely clean and updated. The location was extremely nice with tons of restaurants near by. It was very nice being provided with all cook wear and utensils. We were concerned with elevators before we arrived due to the reviews we read, but the resort has employees directing and controlling elevator traffic during peak times. The view was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The property owner was very accommodating and responsive. If you’re second guessing this property, don’t, its 100% worth it. We will definitely be booking here annually.

Excellent Trip

We loved staying at this condo, there isn’t one negative thing to say…the beds we’re comfortable, everything including the floors were very clean.. the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Tidewater itself was very clean, friendly staff, the easiest check in we have ever had. We loved the location of this condo and size it’s very big…the past 14 years we’ve stayed at the Majestic in PCB so I didn’t know if I’d like the switch but we really did. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful time and for providing such an excellent condo.

Great stay, minus cleaning

The resort was good. The room view was amazing. The cleanliness on the other hand was not so good. I couldn’t walk around with my shoes off without my feet turning black! Cleaning service could do better. Windows were not cleaned well. Other then that, the place was excellent! Thanks for having us!

Nice, but way to crowded!

The condo was very nice and clean. Tidewaters has everything you need, except enough elevators!! There was one time when we waited 6 minutes for an elevator!! A stranger, on the street, saw my wrist band and asked, "how are you enjoying those elevators at Tidewaters?" I will not stay there again, because of the elevators.

Overall good experience

The place was great, however the cleaning crew needs to do better job. We found someone's dress under a chair in the bedroom and a spit bottle from a previous renter. The elevators are pretty bad around the check-in and check-out times. Plan around that or give yourself plenty of extra time to catch an elevator. Other than that the property was awesome and we had a great experience.

Absolutely loved it!!

The master bath and closet really sold me. The staff was very nice. Only complaints were, There is no cable in the bedrooms. Which wasnt a huge deal for us. To use the hot water in the master shower you have to turn it on as if you were using the cold water. They said it was installed backwards. But it was very spacious and the beds were comfy. Bring extra blankets, beach towel and pillows as suggested because there isnt any extra. But I would 100% stay here again.

Room was not clean. Spills on floor & coffee table not cleaned. Floors were sandy when I entered. Terrible (flat) bed pillows. Stain on bedspread. No lock on sliding glass door. No deadbolt or safety lock on door. Contract said beach chairs & umbrella provide through entire stay; they were only provided first 2 of 8 days because condo management contract with them ended on 10/20 (not 10/31 as rental contract indicated). Speed could not be changed on ceiling fan (chain broken). Nice unit but no attention to maintenance and cleaning.
