Perfect location clean and welcoming! We came down for a family friend’s destination wedding and stayed close to the Pearl for the reception. The house was inviting and perfect for us.

All was in great condition and clean. The dishwasher was locked but they were responsive in sending someone out although it was going to require another person to do the fix so we opted to not get the fix. Checkout could be a little later

Great house. Perfect Location

Benoit cottage is exactly as described. It’s a great house in a perfect location. We were close to the town and equally as close to the beach. Perfect Location to be close to everything. Charming place to visit. I would return.

Amazing home & location

We loved this house. The bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable, all beds comfy, great communication from host, perfect location to restaurants, shopping, and beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

Beautiful home - perfect vacation!

Our family spent Spring Break in the beautiful Benoit Cottage. The layout is ideal with bedrooms on the first and third floors. Our teenagers especially loved being able to stay up late without disturbing others who were sleeping. The very open kitchen and main living area was fantastic for dinner gatherings. Finally, you cannot beat the location - just steps to the beach and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your home with our family!

Everything was great besides the available parking. The provided garage is too small to accommodate a full size vehicle. Overall fantastic house!

We have traveled with senior citizens and children and it’s perfect as nothing is too far for them to walk or quick bike ride. The house it great and when there have been small problems (ie broken coffee pot) they have been very accommodating and quick to replace and respond.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at Benoit Cottage. The property was wonderful, had everything we needed (beautiful kitchen!). Distance from the beach as well as the Rosemary town square was amazing, and perfect for our 3 year old twins. The only thing to note is the garage is quite small and would not accommodate our SUV, but we easily found street parking and used the parking pass with no issues. We would definitely rent here again!

So pretty and such a well appointed kitchen. We lacked for nothing! The close proximity to walkover F is such a plus. We also rented the carriage house which was just perfect for our large blended family. We will be back!
