As soon as you step foot inside you will be shocked with the attention to detail these owners have applied to the unit. The entryway, highlighted by a beautiful chandelier, sets the stage for the rest of the unit. After the entryway you come to the formal dining table. A large beautiful table that seats 6 will set the stage for unforgettable meals with your family. Cooking the meals will feel like you are right at home with the fully stocked kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances including the range with dual ovens allows baking 2 dishes at once. If you need seating for more than 6 don't worry, 3 bar stools and an additional dining table that can seat 4-6 will fix that!

The sleeping arrangements are; A gulf front master bedroom with a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the living room couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa.

3 Bathrooms minimize congestion, the master is breathtaking with a separate jetted tub and walk in shower! The other 2 bathrooms are beautiful as well both with tiled shower/tub combos.

The private wrap around balcony with adirondack furniture is the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets that PCB has to offer. Come see why they call them "The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches".

THE HIDDEN DUNES RESORT IS NO LONGER PET FRIENDLY

The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands,

Hidden Dunes is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
