The heated pool was cold. There was so much noise on the property at all hours of the night. Employees were walking around talking loudly at 6 am in the morning. When I complained during check-out, I got a nonchalant “sorry.”

The room seems remodeled but the mattress and the frame its self were not up to par! Mattress seemed over hard and you can feel springs or coils! Bed frame moved to much like it was going to fall apart!! Not a great nights sleep!!! Ownership should refund me the resort fee they charge! What a rip off Front desk staff can use some customer service training.. Maids are great and very attentive!

The front desk staff both in the evening and morning were courteous and professional. The facility was clean, well kept, and perfectly decorated. My only regret is that we only got to stay one night!

The room amenities were very poor , one notch above Motel 6 at twice the price . Check in not allowed until 4 p.m. Dinner time ! Not able to take a dip in the pool or hottub within the limited time frame , the pool area was the only nice part of the place . Would not recommend .

Not sure how it is classified as a "Hotel" but none the less, the room was clean. The bed was very hard, the bed pillows were horrible. However, It served our purpose to just get away for the night, but probably will not stay here again.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel has been recently remodeled and rooms are clean and in good condition. However, the hotel isn't in the best location and nearby buildings are vacant and boarded up - not the vibe we were looking for.
