Home was very clean, amenities were as advertised. We cam in April and paid to have the pool heated. This turned out to be un-neccessary as the weather was very warm. However - the hot tub was never hot. We were ultimately told the reason was that you can either heat th pool or heat the hot tub but not both. So...you might need to pay to heat the hot-tub. Also the adjustment this and fix it was not rectifiied until the last day of our stay. There were also some sort of tiny ants or bug of some kind in the master bathroom along the base wall and they continued to be there throughout our stay. Kinda yucky but not detrimental enough that we would leave. The home was beatifully furnished, the rooms and beds were very comfortable, A/C great and kitchen excellent. Now that we know how to solve for the hot-tub we would likely consider this residence again if we came back and the bug thing was also resolved. Late check out request of 1pm was denied. And we were required to check out at 10am. which I feel is far too early considering 3pm is the check in time upon arrival. That said, they were gracious enought to provide us a 1pm early check in which was very helpful as we flew in from out of state and were anxious to relax. Overall a good stay.
