It features a bright living room with a TV and direct access to a small terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor meals or relax while taking in the stunning sea views. Pets are not accepted, and the property is not available for youth groups under 35 years of age. The apartment is ideally located near Llafranc’s peaceful beach and is close to local amenities, including restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. This prime location makes it easy to enjoy the beach, dine at nearby restaurants, or explore the charming town at your leisure. The beach, known for its crystal-clear waters, is just a short walk away, offering guests a chance to unwind and soak up the coastal beauty of the Costa Brava. Inside, the apartment is fully equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, providing everything needed to prepare family meals. There are two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower is also available. The apartment is equipped with free air conditioning for comfort during both hot and cold months. A parking space in a community garage is available for an additional fee of 60€/week.
