The place is being renovated. They misplaced my ice pack as the room refrigerator does not have a freezer area. I waited 10 minutes for them to locate it and somone placed it the refrigerator which wasn't helpful as we live 9.5 hours away and wanted cold beverages during our travel. I don't understand the $8 a day parking cost as it is a standard parking lot. We decided to sleep in one day and left the room around 1130AM. No room service received. No window sheers in the bedroom and dark- out curtains were in need of repair as they did not close completely.

Major renovations on 50% of the hotel Noisy, dusty and dirty — not great experience Spa was terrible my friend and I each had a service and it was not done well and the amenities were not set up to do a wet service (scrub)

This Place is completely under construction. Looks like a bomb went off in it. Should not be open at this time. Completely unsafe environment. I have a broken leg and the were going to put me on the 8th floor so we wouldn’t “hear the construction”. Then were told 2 of the 3 elevators weren’t working and the 3rd one has been in and out. And currently been out for 2 hours. Immediately contacted Expedia to change hotels. Steer clear of this place! Disaster!

The whole place was under construction with no prior warning before the reservation. The staff was amazing but the rooms it self and the area was not worth how much it actually cost.

Overall a nice place. Good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To the young lady that helped me extend my stay one more day and so much! Hotel undergoing major renovations and they're doing their best to keep it open during this time. Most of the inconvenience was noise during the day This did not really affect my stay as I was not there during the day.

This property is undergoing refurbishing to the original courtyard. I am amazed at how efficient the management is able to keep the noise and interruption to a minimum if inconvenience. All work stopped at 6 pm.

Always a nice place to stay. They are doing renovations which will look nice soon. Only complaint is the breakfast food was not the best. Unseasoned grits and eggs. The omelet was way too greasy. I took 3 napkins trying to get the grease off my plate and make it edible. Other than that nice staff and clean, comfortable rooms.
