This was such a unique place and location.We loved that it was on the quieter side of Pacific Grove and it was walking distance to the beach to watch the sunset. The rooms were very clean and there was everything provided that you could need. The office also provided coffee, snacks and drinks most of the day. There was coffee in the room too if you are an early riser before the office opens. Plenty of parking and helpful office staff if you have questions about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a late check in and the process was sooo smooth. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. The staff are very guest focused. I felt welcomed immediately! Not far to walk to the coastline for a beautiful sunset (as they recommended)! Easy drive to downtown and the parks. Cozy and very comfortable rooms, nicely remodeled. Happily recommend the Sunset Inn!

Breakfast - basic coffee, pasty, toast, cereal. Parking was good. Nice, updated bathroom. Plenty of linen. Wall to next door room pretty thin, could hear everything (similar to Motel 6). Refrigerator noisy, finally unplugged it. Check-in/out was easy. Friendly and attentive staff.
King bed. Fireplace was the heat source. One common wall (thin).
