The Sonder O’Connor is in a great location for restaurants. Elgin Road has so many choices. We went to a Diner, a pub , a Mexican restaurant and all were good The parking at the Sonder was convenient. Our room was small but well equipped. The hotel is very clean.

A clean comfortable room. But the electronics on the room doors are tricky with the numbers somewhat worn. You have to do the code quickly with solid hits or the door won’t open. They need to be updated

A short stay. The location worked perfectly for us. Since we were not in the unit long, we didn’t try to deal with any issues, such as some light switches seemingly not connected to any lights. It was a bit dark. Also only one remote with two TV’s. Could only find one light for kitchen area and that was over the stove.

Terrible Communication. Their website doesnt work. CS rep has kids and pets in the background, no rep at site for issues, just one cleaner with a bucket. Parking is limited and expensive, no dining options within the area.
